When someone buys gifts to ship, if one of the five is not in stock they should be told. Four grandkids receive gifts and one does not.
What a crappy thing to do. It’s basically a lie. They have my money and my grandson cried.
Will never set foot in that place again.

Staff was too engrossed in playing with toys behind counter to pay any attention to me and my sons the WHOLE TIME we were there. When we finally got their attention (we were buying something of course) one of the staff made a rude comment under her breath to my son, including profanity! Will never shop there again.

If you’re nearby I would recommend this over any chain.
One area of difference is they actually open up a large number of their toys for kids to play with. So it’s not just looking at a box, it’s about experiencing how it actually works.
We ended up buying birthday gifts for our son 4 months early.
