This Fedex is like stepping into a scene from Pleasantville. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are just fantastic and helped me with locating the right shipping label from the vendor I had ordered from. That is above and beyond. Go out of your way to use this business, it will be worth it.

He was the most helpful person that my fiancé and I ever had the pleasure of dealing with not just at FedEx but in any customer service aspect we’ve experienced since coming to Overland Park. Love love love this place! Will 1,000 percent come back just for customer service standards alone!

Every time I come here the service is more than outstanding. Their patient, knowledgeable and on their game. Last visit was a couple days ago and the experience was no different. It’s my go to place to drop packages off to send. They do the work for you. Seriously! Dang you guys are good at what you do!

I took in three valuable items which were very fragile and let Fed Ex do the packaging. All three arrived in excellent condition. Thanks to Fed Ex and their helpful staff!
