So, how do I even begin my dissatisfaction with FYE? Well for one, they STOLE my credit card information AFTER telling me I could get three magazines for FREE. What they didn’t tell me is that they would give my card info to a company called TME a magazine subscription service. They did not tell me I would be billed periodically for said magazines. I will never buy from any FYE ever again. You guys should be sued!

Good selection, but what really sells this place is the knowledgeable staff. If you have a question about a movie or music, the staff can actually assist you (not a novel concept, but more and more one finds that customer service fails on the day to day at so many retail locations!). I rather miss the old Suncoast Motion Picture Company (which was absorbed into FYE some time ago), but it seems much of the staff remains the same, thus I am appeased.
