KC Watch

My dad went to Batteries Plus first to get the battery replaced on his Skagen watch, and they told him it would be $ 25. He came back home disappointed, and I offered to take his watch and mine to KC Watch as it had been recommended to me by the watch/​jewelry counter at Nordstrom. I’m so glad I took both our watches here because they charged only $ 7 for each watch. They were fast and friendly, and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Remember that they are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Fast, friendly service. Very good value… so good I am questioning whether the batteries will last. Only time will tell. I’ll report back. Give them a shot.

I was only in here for a total of seven minutes. They were fast and they were courteous. I would come again especially for the price. I only paid $ 6 to resize my watch and was expecting to pay more for a specialized shop. Looking around the store as I was resizing my watch and they had a good selection along with price for their watches. If you need your watch resized or need a new battery, this is the place to do it. I wish going into an auto store or eyeglass store was this efficient. Thank you for the great service.

I have t o say I was pretty surprised to find this place. I was not sure if they could take care of my bulova but no problem. The price is excellent.

Wow, a great find. Now this is customer service. They fixed the band on my Citizen watch is 10 minutes at a cost of $ 8. It was around lunch time and the place had a constant flow of traffic but they were very courteous with everyone. One customer even received his minor service for free.

This is a great business. Clean, organized, quick. We all should support family owned businesses. Definitely recommend it for watch service (I changed my strap and fixed links), they have a short selection of watches but they can order any model from the brands they carry.

This business knows about customer service. Watch batteries are replaced while you wait. All types of repairs and restorations done at reasonable prices.
I have been a customer for years and recommend you do to. Be prepared to spend 10 – 15 minutes waiting to be served because there is almost always 5 – 6 customers being helped.

I love the service here. Family owned and operated, and they genuinely want to make sure you come back. I got my watch resized here and wasn’t happy with how tight it was, so I went back. They sized it again, no charge. Quick service too.

If you are going to buy a watch, this probably isn’t the place for you. It has a selection, but it’s pretty small and basic. If you’re not looking for anything fancy, it could be a place to stop by and look, but it’s by no means a full blown watch store. However, it has a surprisingly cool selection of KU, K-​State and Mizzou watches — mens and womens, wrist and pocket.
I ended up here because I needed a new watch battery on one of my watches. I actually have two that I need new batteries for, but decided to just bring one until I knew how quick it was and the price. I walked in and the older lady behind the counter immediately jumped up to help. She grabbed the watch, headed back, and emerged barely 5 minutes later with a fully functioning, ticking watch which she had reset to the correct date and time. The total, with tax, was less than $ 8. I will certainly bring in my other watch when I have time (ahahahaha…sorry), and I need a new watch band so I’m sure I will get it there too.

This is not really the place to go shopping for watches… there’s a really small selection for a watch shop — but if you need a battery replaced or links added — it’ll be done while you wait. Don’t go at lunch time or you’ll have quite a wait. If you don’t want to wait, just drop it off!

I came here to get a battery replaced and the girl had me in and out in less than 10 minutes.
I only came here because I made several calls to different places to ask about the types and prices of watch batteries. KC Watch was the only business to answer and actually seem like they wanted my business. The staff was a mother and daughter, so it must be a family owned business which I am always in support of.
