I first used Eddie and company for the Vera Wang tuxedos I rented not just for myself, but for my best men. Stellar service by these guys!
Eddie, Bryson, Charlie, and Bob.
Ever since I’ve bought several slacks, shirts, ties, and pocket squares from them. Along with two incredible suits and sport coats. I don’t understand the customer complaints here. I’ve had nothing but great service, custom tailoring, and quality materials from them. Totally satisfied!

Hubby needs a tuxedo and we have heard from many people that Men’s Wearhouse is the place to go. We are working with Elizabeth, who has been extremely helpful. The south Overland Park store offers a large selection of suites, tuxedos and casual clothing. We are waiting on some tuxes that she has ordered in his size. It’s nice to have a national chain store that operates like a local store and treats its customers well. Hoping to be looking good at our son’s wedding!

We’ll never come to location again. Poor customer service. The staff doesn’t properly tailor, and you have to make multiple trips back to have them tailor the same suit more than once to finally get it right.

I rented a tux from this store for my friends wedding, and when asked where I wanted to pick it up, I chose a store in Indianapolis (where the wedding is). Not a problem, they say they can have it sent to any store.
Three days before the wedding, I get an email saying my tux is ready to pick up at this store and that I need come in for my final fitting. When I arrived at the store, I told them about my situation and their exact response was «I’m sorry, but you have to take it with you». So now I’ve paid $ 200+ to rent a tux that I have to fly halfway across the country with, and they made no effort to fix the situation.
Oh, and there was a giant hole in the crotch.

My husband had to rent an overpriced tuxedo for a recent wedding from this location. He not only had to pay $ 20 for a fitting, but when he picked up said tuxedo, it came with a booger on the sleeve and also collar. Disgusting.

Nice sales staff, but a little on the pushy side. Fairly small location means that, while the selection of styles is decent, they may not have items in your size. If you are willing to come back they’ll have other stores ship sizes to this location. The tailoring is very basic but that also allows for fast turnarounds. Really just come for the buy one get one sales.

Friend was getting married the next day and needed a suit. The sales guy was great, he gave great suggestions — we were in and out within a matter of an hour or two. They had their buy 1 get one free deal, but in all honesty, I think its probably cheaper to just go to Macys or JC Pennys.
The suit was hemmed and altered all within a 15 minutes or so which was perfect since the wedding was the next day.
