Soffia Via

Whitney has been my stylist for several years, and I’d follow her anywhere! Now that she’s with Soffia Via, I’m getting the same great service in a fun, relaxed and artistic environment. The salon carries all of my favorite products, and the prices are pretty reasonable for the excellent level of service I receive. Plus, I love the local artists showcased and supported by the salon.

This salon is amazing! I have been with the same «hair girl» for years and I follow her wherever she goes. I’m so glad she found Soffia Via and has made it her home! Everyone there is friendly and professional. They use top quality products and offer a variety of items for sale that you can’t find anywhere else. The salon is set up well: multiple bathrooms that are always clean, plenty of recent magazines and they make sure you never go thirsty with their selections of tea, coffee, sodas and water!!! Oh and plenty of comfortable seating while you process your color.
My absolute favorite part of going to the salon, other than the makeover and time with my favorite hair girl, is that they support local artists and have a different one featured every month or two. The paintings/​photos/​etc are available for viewing and for sale. Just like a freshening up your hair, they freshen up their walls with new artwork! I look forward to checking out the new stuff and getting a story or two about the artist and their art.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this salon! I went here for a blow-​out and curl styling for a formal event. Just from the time I drove home (ten minutes) and looked in the mirror my hair looked awful. There were pieces that were not even curled throughout along with pieces that had the kink from the flatiron. I tried to salvage the curl that was present, but it so difficult because he had sprayed so much hairspray that my hair was gunked up. I took pictures right away and sent them to the manager/​owner asking for a refund since I did not have time to come back in. I received a response saying I would be given a free blowout. He then proceeded to blame me for not telling the stylist, Brent (who is the owner!), to use a barrel iron because of my long hair. I followed up with Brent letting him know that I went to his salon confident that the stylist would know how to properly style my hair as a professional should. I did not want to come back. I wanted my money back because it looked horrible! He has since ignored two emails. I expected a lot more from the reviews I have seen. I work in retail and would never treat a dissatisfied customer this way. I will be steering everyone I can away from there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and sub par hair styling!

Misty is probably the best hair stylist in this city. Been to a couple «highly rated» places but, no one tops misty.

I went to Heather for the first time today. So happy I found this salon and Heather!!! I honestly think she did the best job anyone has ever done coloring my hair in the 45+ years I have had it colored! She has taken on the task of helping me transition into my gray. Cute hair cut too!!! Awsome job!!!

Love the layout and décor in this Bumble & Bumble carrying salon! Heather has been doing my hair for over 10 years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! She really pays attention to your hair type and asks questions which for someone who has a hard time conveying ideas, is great! She loves her job and it shows! Highly recommend!

while the two blowouts I’ve gotten here have been great, the «customer service» is atrocious. I’ve called on multiple occasions and no one calls me back. If you can’t make an online appointment, don’t bother calling — they don’t answer the phone and don’t call you back. I called this last time to see about getting my makeup done, a service you can only book on the phone or in person. While I was happy with my blowout, it’s not worth it. I’ll be taking my business where it’s actually appreciated.

This is a beautiful salon and Brent/​owner is amazing. He has been doing my hair for over 10 years and is very talented.

MISTY! MISTY! MISTY! MISTY! I moved to the area 2 years ago. After bouncing around for over a year not liking the results, I found Misty. She does great work and is always able to work with my schedule. She always puts a smile on your face.

Misty is amazing!!! I knew her before she went to hair school 10+ years ago. I started going to her once she was in beauty school and continued to see her until last year when we both moved from San Diego. I still have not found somebody who does as good as she does not even close. She listens to you, makes the perfect recommendations for you, is amazing in general. Great with color and with cuts. :-)

This salon specializes in n blow-​outs and hair extensions.
The blow out menu is cute and allows you to select from sleek and straight, to beachy bed head.
It is easy to miss, tucked away in the side of a giant strip mall. Anytime you can get a blowout that will give you great hair for 2+ days, it is worth a shot.
I have never had the blowout, but tried some extensions for a few months.

I thought I would try another salon, just by chance I saw this on channel 5 and thought why not it couldn’t be as bad as the last salon if that’s what you call it?
I was Amazed at what I saw when I turned around, WOW! Heidi Bowles just got my stars, she was Awesome! I will never go astray again, it may be farther than I wanted to go but, Im glad I did. Thank you again Heidi :)
The salon is very comforting, good music and everyone is so nice can’t wait to go back!
