We have had a horrible experience with Thomasville. Our custom-​made chair and ottoman arrived seriously damaged. Four months more and counting, we have still received no satisfaction at all. At this point, we are in limbo. Do NOT purchase Thomasville furniture if you want quality furniture at a fair price with considerate customer service. If you do, you will get neither.

My grandmother recently purchased a 10,000 dollar dining room table set from Thomasville. The price was definitely outrageous, but the table seemed nice. They originally promised that it would be delivered at the end of May, and then it was promised on June 15th, and then by June 30th. The set FINALLY arrived July 2nd — with a scratch across the buffet table, the wrong colored feet (brass instead of silver), and 2 end chairs with a different fabric than the rest. The product and service we received did not match the price at all. We have sent it back and will probably wait another few months to receive our table.

This is quite possibly the worst experience with a store ever. I’m not going into details… but the service has been completely horrible and furniture has been damaged continuously. I can not get any answers at all. I would never do business with them again. EVER. If you choose to do so… good luck. You’ll need it. I should have paid more attention to all of the horrible reviews I read.

Visited this showroom today in simple vacation garb. Absolutely excellent young female employee greeted me, chatted, left me alone, and then talked again with me before I left.
Nobody acted annoyed when I sorted through a huge stack of discounted small rugs. In some stores this ruffles feathers.
This staff knew I was not going to buy anything at their location; that if I liked something I might order it from a store in my own hometown. Nobody glued themself to me like Elmers glue, nor did they keep a distance that sent a «you’ll never buy anything from our company anyway» sort of message.
