The absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Dropped the ball TWICE on getting my order to me and then offered no apology, no attempt to solve the problem, just more crappy customer service! I will never use them again and urge others not to either.

Let me start by saying that I am happy with the tile I chose. However, I was very disappointed with the customer service and follow through. While I was shopping, the employee helping me coughed up a leugie and spit it on the floor. I was shocked. At least the floor is tile, so I can assume that they mop it on occasion. I am having a contractor install the tile for me and when they went to add the bull nose for the edge, it didn’t match. I was told by my contractor that he was told that (1) they knew it didn’t match when they sold it and (2) if you want it to match, you have to have it made special. Who wants tile that doesn’t match? I bought my inset tile at
and did not have any issues.

The service and selection is great. The manager John Woodward is very Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend them for your tile needs.

Well, if you want tile, The Tile Shop has lots of tile you can buy. If you want to buy something other than tile though, you would do well to look elsewhere. Honestly, I would never think there’s a big enough market for a place that only sells tile and tile supplies, but there is. But they do have a nice selection of tile and not much else. Not only is there lots of tiling to look at, there are some displays showing off, yes, tile, and ways to decorate rooms with tile.
Do check out the bathrooms here though. They’re quite nice. Tiled even.
