I had a very pleasant experience! Transaction was very smooth. The XC70 was in excellent condition. John(sales) was extremely knowledgeable about Volvo and did a great job establishing a solid relationship with me. The entire team involved with the transaction was very professional and personable. Customer service is not a concern of this dealership. Maybe if we stopped buying Volvos then they would loose their dealership and we could get another, one more in tune with the Volvo reputation for customer care.

I have my daughter’s 99 Volvo C70 serviced elsewhere, because of the breath-stealing expense at the Volvo dealerships. After other work, the valve cam needed adjusting… Volvo does not sell the tool to do this to independent shops. I took the car to Volvo of OP. For at most 2 hours of work, I got a $ 650 bill for labor, based on ‘book’ labor durations. Only go to this place in a dire emergency. They will extract every last dollar from you, lie about why it is necessary, and smile and wave as you drive off.

If you own a Volvo or Mazda, this is the place to go get it fixed. I say this because of what happened to me. All the service workers are professional, knowledgeable & helpful. I’m the type that calls it like it is & this dealership does take care of the customers, like people want. You get the job done right the first time. Plus, if you have any problems with the same thing its covered, Parts & Labor. It’s a new warranty that just came out. Ask the service writers about it.
