AT&T

Do not buy a phone here. They are not a corporate AT&T store. It’s some sham red sky company. Customer privacy does not matter to them. They are just as bad as used car salesmen. Stick to your major retailers (best buy, target, etc). At least they have guidelines and SOP’s to follow. Worst experience I’ve ever had. The associate was watching TV and transferring my data over the pizza place network. The associate asked me to rate him well on a survey so he could get a bonus. When I called AT&T’s corporate office they said because I bought the phone through a private retailer that their hands were tied. I tried to get my money and old phone back but they said it’s a 35 dollar restocking fee. This place is a joke.
