Childtime

I have removed my children from this facility for a variety of reasons. Including but not limited to my infant coming home with scratch and bite marks, bumps and bruises, and no accident report ever being filed. Them giving him milk when he was meant to be on formula. My older son rarely (very rarely) being reminded to do his homework in after care. Them lying to me and disregarding my safety concerns when myself, my oldest son, and my fiancé had all seen varying degrees of the same issues. Being mortified when they accused me of not paying them in front of my neighbor when in fact it had been their own billing mistake (or swindle) Overall some very nice people work here but the majority of the staff at this place, especially the woman running the program are well below par for the childcare industry. The price is affordable compared to others in the area but you get what you pay for and at least for my family we’d rather pay a bit more for much better care elsewhere.
