Staff are friendly and efficient. I think it could do with soundproofing between front and back of house though as it does sound like a frat party at times

The staff is extremely efficient and energetic! Got an amazing white chocolate double espresso iced coffee! Recommend this specific dunkin donuts

While checking out Oviedo as a future place to live, we decided to seek out a Dunkin, because I am a Dunkin girl!!! This one was the closest one to us on Unilocal and much to my disappointment this is actually not a real Dunkin, just a self self serve in a Hess station.
I had hoped the coffee would be good, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to my expectations. My dreams of a close Dunkin were shattered at first sip of the coffee was burnt and bitter, not anything like a «real» cup of Dunkin coffee.
If you are in this area seek out a real Dunkin as it seems that this coffee just sits around for awhile, thus the burnt flavor.

If you like Dunkin Donuts, here’s another one. Same coffee and donuts that all locations have, for good or bad.
One big tip though — if you’re getting food here take the drive-thru. Their drive-thru works like a machine and regardless of how long the line is, it moves pretty quickly. Inside is a different story all together. The employees working the inside register get thrown off very easily. Today for instance there was one family ahead of me in line and I somehow ended up in there for 10 minutes to get a box of Muchkins and a coffee.
