Just a heads up DD, you’re customers cannot use your drive thru when the delivery driver blocks it off. Unbelievable that this store doesn’t have the brain power to figure out proper parking so a delivery doesn’t stop business.
Sincerely a very hungry annoyed and improperly dressed to go in public drive thru guy.

Really bad quality donuts, only reason you get tricked to buy is the buy 6 get 12 deal. That and they are close to cilivilzation. If you get their filled donuts there is barely any filling see picture i attached. A very small amount of jelly about a nickel size amount rest is all dough.

Out of all the DD’s in central Florida this is by FAR the friendliest and clean store! They know my daughters order every morning and always have a smile! We love this store, thanks for brightening our day!

This is the worse Dunkin I’ve been too. How are you gonna have stuff on your menu and then the girl at the window has no idea what’s on the menu. And then get what you ordered in the first place wrong. Nixed the order and got something else and they still forgot my hash browns which I was a charged for. Lol ridiculous

The employees always seem to be distracted. I will never forget the first time I went through their drive thru and the employee was talking to someone else and it sounded like they were spanking each other. Seriously giggling the entire time and yelling stop. It was so entirely unprofessional.
They never have my bagel (sesame seed) and other locations never seem to have that problem. Also, I always have to correct them on my order when I pull up to the window. It’s frustrating.
I only keep going because its on my way to class.

I stopped in this morning. I have been to this location a few times now.
The coffee is always watered down and if you ask for less cream, that still does not equate to more coffee. Having this same issue with various other locations, this was my last attempt at giving Dunkin Donuts any further business.
I don’t normally support chains and this is just one of many reasons why. Poor quality service and product.
Oh yeah, the croissant with sausage, egg and cheese that I ordered this morning ended up as a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese. The lady even read back my order to me…
Advice: Even if they read your order correctly, check it at the window. Sure, its going to anger people behind you, but, this location can’t get orders correct.

The location is convenient to me but that is the only reason I would visit this DD. The staff is very unfriendly. A visit to the drive thru earns you an encounter from an angry, wordless employee. Twice the drive thru employee simply stuck her arm out the window and handed me my food without even looking at me or speaking to me. I’m not a morning person but come on.

No matter who works behind the counter, they always ring up my order wrong. I come here weekly and get the same thing every time, but I always end up paying different amounts. Sigh. The staff should get more training on punching in meal combos. Too bad this is the Dunkin that happens to be walking distance from my house.

Convenient location. I like their egg white veggie flat bread. I consider it a healthy option for breakfast out. Even my 2 year loves it and will eat a whole one. I like that they have smaller portions of the donut holes now — I don’t know if this is a permanent thing, but they were offering a cup full for $ 1.99 which is perfect for a snack. You don’t always need 25 or 50 of them!

This is a great DD stop on my way to work. they are fast through the drive through and the inside is very clean. this just opened not to long ago and seem to be doing well. they have free wifi which makes it a popular hangout inside.
