This is by far and away the absolute WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever had the misfortune to go into. The staff is borderline comatose and needs you to repeat very order at least three times. Today a patron preordered 4 dozen donuts, 3 dozen sliced bagels no onion with cream cheese on the side, and 2 boxes of how with cups and condiments. I know this because the order wasn’t ready am even though they said it was because they asked him what he ordered 7 times before admitting they still needed to slice the bagels and that they were out of coffee boxes. One employee whose name begins with M as usual stood there for a good 10 mins without actually doing anything while the line grew behind us but this is normal for her. The assistant manager gave little to no apologies and spent 10 mins telling us how the«new system» is giving them problems all while trying to run a credit card. He finally got it through by running it in $ 25 increments and told the guy he gave him a discount but the rest of us were still waiting. In what universe does it take 17 minutes to go into a store and get a dozen donuts and a coffee? I think this store needs some help on their time management, order prep skills, and management. Might be helpful to have your assistant manager actually manage the staff instead of having only one register open, a line of 12 people, and an employee standing there doing nothing! Avoid this DD location if you need to go inside at all costs!

Holy Mackerel. It’s a wonder I ever made it to work. There was only one cashier sauntering back and forth between the register and making coffee. Zero hustle in the front of the store; I can only hope things were moving better for people burning gas at the drive thru. Some people in line waited for 30 mins. I was there for 20, and I was only 4th in line when I walked in. The cashier screwed up 2 of the 3 orders in front of me and only realize/corrected it after they were rung up. He also screwed up mine, twice, but I made sure to read back my own order to him to make sure it was right. He also blamed the customer in front of me for his mistake. No one came up to the register to help relieve the glut. Instead, employees clocked out on the register in front of all 10 other customers in line. Everyone up front had long hair which was not held back by the visors they wear. Half had torn up sweatshirts on which looked dirty. This is work, not a fashion show. You don’t need to wear your best, but on food service cleanliness is important. Products aren’t labeled and product placement is sloppy. Everything on display for sale is dirty, including the mugs for purchase. Gift cards were hidden behind everything else. This is why I go to Starbucks. If you fancy being late to work and starting your day off on the wrong foot, stop by this location. Better yet, go to the Alafaya(434) store, THEY have it together.

Do not bother to call ahead with your large orders. Five out of Five times the order had not even been started before I arrived.

The staff here is usually pretty nice but that is the only reason why they get 2 stars. This Dunkin Donuts is a travesty compared to other locations though. I went in there a couple days ago and ordered an iced coffee and one of those pretzel roll breakfast sandwiches. The cashier(also happened to be the manager), turned around to the sign like she was trying to figure out why I ordered it, yelled for an employee to take down the sign and then told me that they stopped carrying that pretzel roll. So instead I order a flatbread with hash browns and she proceeds to ring me up. Another crew member hands over the food and I notice there isn’t any hash browns in the bag and let him know. Then he apologizes to me and tells me they don’t have any hash browns and tells me to go back to the manager for a refund. Obviously the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing there and that is a direct reflection on management. Absolutely awful manager, which is a shame because the crew members there were busting their asses and still being pretty courteous despite the influx of people. I have worked in the food industry for years and I understand that you run out of things every now and then so if that were the only problem, I would probably give them another chance. However, as I awaited my refund, I happened to look up and the ceiling was covered in fruit flies. Im not talking a couple. There dozens upon dozens of fruit flies flying around and on the ceiling. It was absolutely disgusting. I had always gone through the drive thru prior to this and thinking about what could have been in my food or drinks scares me with this place. I will never go there again.

Great coffee, fast service, I never get anything else there so I’m sure about their edibles. Reasonable prices

I use to rave about this location simply because of the staff and went there daily. Even though it is poorly lit outside and can seem kind of sketchy when it’s dark outside and you are in drive thru, but the staff were generally nice. That was until after my last experience there when they almost killed me now I don’t recommend anyone go there. I love iced coffee(black) but because of medication I’m on I can only have decaffeinated coffee now. So I daily would order a large Decaffeinated iced coffee and a croissant, 2 weeks ago they gave me dark roast instead of decaffeinated coffee and I became extremely sick(had to seek medical attention and missed work) because of it. I posted about how Dunkin Donuts almost killed me on my personal Facebook wall and I guess because I tagged them someone from their corporate contacted me and took my information and said that the franchise owner would be in contact with me Monday. Well I never heard from the franchise owner but I kept going to that same location except I no longer got coffee I would only get the croissant. The manager was the one who was working drive thru around mid week and I told him what happened the previous Saturday and his reply was mistakes happen… I was shocked at the lack if empathy or even a simple apology on his part but just to say mistakes happen when he almost killed me days prior I was shocked. I contacted dunkin corporate to let then know of the interaction and was assured this is not their policy and they were extremely sorry that this is how the manager acted regarding this matter and I would be contacted by the franchise owner. Again I never heard anything from the franchise owner, they never bothered to even call to check to see how I was or apologize for not only almost killing me but for the managers behavior. I do not recommend this location at all to anyone obviously they have no concern when it comes to the welfare of their customers.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is amazing! I went there just a quick breakfast and that’s what I got. The food came out right away and was hot and fresh. I honestly never knew Dunkin’ Donuts had such great food until I had it at this location. The thing that made it even better was how friendly all of the associates were. They actually seemed happy to have me as a customer. If your looking for a A+++ Dunkin’ Donuts, look no further!
