Scott showed up prior to the service date to view the property and provide a written estimate. He was punctual on arrival and thorough in his inspection of the home and scope of work. I was provided with a written estimate. Since I was moving into a new house, Scott worked with me to get in ahead of me moving in so the house would be «done» when my kids and I walked in the door.
McDonald Paint Services attention to detail was excellent and the final results of the job exceeded my expectations. All holes were patched and painted, appliances were moved to paint behind them, all blinds were taken down and inside window frames painted. Details in bathroom were excellent (thorough job painting behind toilets and hard to reach spaces). One room was not painted to Scott’s satisfaction and he and another crew member came back a few days later to apply additional coats to their satisfaction.
