Ricardo had amazing customer service skills. Great sales. Great selections even for work. Clean and organized. Had a 3.99 sale for the weekend that you could not beat!

I walked in and walked right out.
The clothes display, colors and fabrics were hideous even without touching them or trying them on.
I didn’t bother to look at anything else.

Store doesnt carry the cheaper end of tools like Sears online. So if you want a socket for $ 4.99 all they have in the store is the $ 8.99 more expensive tool.
They do say they can order it, but I can do that myself so why bother.
In fact the tool department had 4 to 5 employees that looked very bored as I was probably the only one in the tool area. Still I didn’t have anyone come up and ask me if I needed help.
