This shop has been around a long time. I still have some Christmas ornaments that I purchased here many years ago. In recent years, though, I haven’t found anything in the store within my budget. Everything is a bit overpriced in my opinion. I still enjoy browsing the shop, but I think they need to work on providing some items in a wider range of price points. It’s all lovely stuff, regardless.

Owego, NY
This is a wonderful little shop in Owego, different than the other gift shops. The owner hand selects exquisite pieces from talented craft artists from all of the country including pottery, fine woodworking, and jewelry, and rounds out the shop with smaller priced items like earring, brooches, and necklaces. It’s been in Owego for years and years, I can always find a special gift for a family member (even men), teacher, or friend.

This quaint shop is located on Front Street in historic Owego village in Tioga County, Southern New York. The shop is filled with contemporary American handcrafts, jewelry, art glass, wood, pottery and kaleidoscopes. The owner was very nice and accomodating with all the merchandise I purchased. She took her time wrapping and packaging them properly so I can hand carry them on my flights back to Hawaii. I’d love to return shopping there if I make it out that way again.
