Cobella Salon

I haven’t gotten my hair done here yet but I have never experienced such a lack of interest in acquiring a new customer before. I called to see about getting my hair dyed & cut on a Saturday. I was told they were booked this upcoming Saturday. I then asked if there was another Saturday that I could get an appointment. The lady on the phone offered me the alternative of 2 appointments, one for getting my hair dyed & another for getting my hair cut & blown out. I’m a mom to a toddler & I also work full time, weekday evenings just don’t work for me.
This might have been a good salon for me but the receptionist’s reluctance to give me ANY Saturday appointment was a bit disappointing. I would think that what you do during the week should be the same as on a Saturday.

Cobella is a terrific new salon. My hair is very difficult to cut– thick and pin straight. Caroline did an incredible job of layering and adding texture. I love my new cut. Everyone at the salon could not be more friendly. It is fresh, clean and a great new addition for anyone who wants a super haircut.
