On a Saturday morning, you know it’s going to be busy. The drive thru line was really long, opted to go inside for service. Whoa, it’s crowded! The service was efficient and pleasant. Actually, I was out of the door quicker than I expected.

#DunkinDonuts shame on you. I went to this store Dunkin Donuts and they did not honor a ValPak coupon unless I ordered one with egg on it. What if I am allergic to egg? #baitandswitch is illegal. Nothing in the fine print says I have to order a sandwich with egg. What the regular print says is ANY breakfast or bakery sandwich. They told me $ 4.19, but when I presented the coupon he said $ 6.38??? WHY

I have tried this location twice hoping the first time was a fluke and am still disappointed. The glory of going to a chain for your coffee and breakfast is that it should be predictable. Both times my iced coffee with skim milk has had sugar (or sweetener syrup) in it. (admittedly, it’s my bad that I don’t taste my coffee before I drive away). My chicken salad sandwich was heavily buttered before the chicken salad was added… I’m not sure who thought that was cool. It’s confusing inside and its like the workers aren’t sure where to hand over your order from. I guess it’s not horrible but it’s not up to the standards I expect when I walk into a dunkin donuts and I will be getting my coffee fix else where.

Its good but I didn’t like that my daughter had to wait to get bag that took a while. They didn’t have clean tables when we went their. Ewww
