Top notch service. Fast, friendly and efficient. They were more than willing to get me what I was looking for as well answer any questions I had. No pressure at all, just a willingness to help with my purchase in anyway. I’d definitely recommend a bike purchase here as well as accessories.
It is possible to get certain things cheaper online, however if you need to get sized for certain accessories prior to online ordering, this is still a good place for that.

I gave this store two stars because it’s a convenient location with lots of parking and what looks like a wide selection of bikes. That being said, the staff is flat out rude! I went in to the store to explore the possibility of buying a spinning bike and shoes. As soon as I mentioned spinning, they acted incredibly condescending. They clearly didn’t think I was a «real» cyclist because I go to spinning classes, and they really only want to serve the serious road cyclist. I am fine with them serving that specific market, but not fine with the derision that came my way. What a bunch of snobs! I will never go back to this store. Fortunately, found another bike shop in Pikesville — the owner was lovely and helpful. I will go there from now on.

You can get all kind of bicycles here and you can get a bike custom made to your liking, ie. racing, touring, mountain, trick, etc. bikes are available. Staff is approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions. The small bike room in the back is for customizing and repairs with skilled workers enjoying their craft. Check it out for your new ride! Prices vary just like the styles.
