One of the most consistently slow Starbucks during «rush hour». It’s as if their baristas forget what and how and when should be done. Otherwise good!

Just when you thought the service could not get slower so if you’d in a hurry go to Woodholme. Otherwise hope that TJ or Lindsay or Jordan are working otherwise it runs in slow motion.

Starbucks makes great coffee, for me that’s a given. What’s usually up in the air for me is the level of service, the location and the overall atmosphere of the café. I’m glad to say that this one passes all of those metrics with flying colors. The staff was extremely friendly, even showing genuine smiles. Being in a library, the location is great and the place had an overall relaxed feeling.
If other libraries had coffee shops I’d spend a lot more time reading.

I like this place. Mainly because when I roll in early on a Sunday morning prior to practice they’re pretty fast. It’s much faster service than the one near Trader Joes (always long lines over there, and the parking in Woodholme Center makes you stabby).

Always a busy location. Decent service depending on who is working. A few are exceptional at customer service and recommending new brews or flavors. Latest one open in the area with the exception of the Barnes and Noble location.

It’s Starbucks but the service is spotty at best. Unlike other Starbucks that we frequent, the staff is not very attentive. I only go to this one because it is closest to my kids school.
