My neighborhood Rita’s has a friendly staff that is very helpful for indecisive people such as myself. I’ve been to this location several times and always ask for samples to help me narrow down my options. I’ve never been met with any kind of unpleasant service. The only downside is that it’s the one spot in the immediate area that serves cold treats, so it tends to stay packed during the warm months. The good thing is that the service is typically fast and they work their way through the lines quickly. Only 4 stars because every time I come, they never have my favorite cream ice (birthday cake). Argh!
