Worst place ever to get prescriptions filled. Slow service, half the time or more you wait days for refills, and God help you if it’s an emergency.

Unfortunately this is the rite aid that’s most convenient for me to visit, so I’ve been there a lot. Every time I go, I get attitude from the staff. Multiple times at the register they have told me I need to empty my own basket. They won’t do it. And when they’ve told me that, they’ve done it in extremely rude ways. For instance, one lady loudly said, «see this?»(Pointing to basket I had just placed on counter) «and this?»(Pointing to counter) «see how it don’t work? I ain’t got no room here for all this. You gotta empty the basket.» I was absolutely SHOCKED. Had the line behind me been shorter, I would have pursued talking to the manager about this terrible woman, but it was super long(as it often is), so I emptied my basket. I was then told I needed to go to the front door and return the basket, «you gotta go put it back.» Dear lord, really? This place is astounding in all the wrong ways. Line is always really long and it will literally take me 15 minutes to check out. That’s ridiculous. Especially when there are other associates wandering around, looking like they have nothing to do, while only one register is open. Hey Unilocal, can you please let us give zero stars?

I took my daughter to the Redi clinic yesterday for a cough going on six days. She gets it once a year and it is never resolved by taking otc medicines. Told this to Rachel the nurse practitioner on duty. She listened to her lungs etc. She has a dry cough. I mentioned to her that she usually gets Bromfed. This works all the time. She had the info about the medicine right there on her computer. At the end she said she had sent script to the pharmacy right there. Went home and got a call from Rachel that she cancelled the script because my daughter needs something robitussin. She said she didn’t need a cough suppressant like Bromfed. Robitussin is also a cough suppressant. Was she listening when I said nothing else worked. We had a sleepless night thanks to Rachel. I never like to tell providers that I am also in the medical field. Really who cares but I am wondering if it would have made a difference this time. She also didn’t seem too sure of herself. She could also have consulted with the pharmacist. He was two feet away. Patient First here we come. One wasted visit.

Two stars for subpar service. No sale signs up to display sales, so when I questioned an item price after returning to the store two days later, I’m told the item was buy one get one 50 percent off. Well, there were no signs up on display when I shopped early Sunday morning. The manager tells me first that not everything is 20 percent off with gold wellness and then five minutes later that the item was on sale and that they need time to put sale prices up. Which is it, ma’am? Either way, you don’t know your job or you’re not doing your job efficiently. I will take my money elsewhere — where they don’t try to prove the customer wrong.

This is my neighborhood Rite Aid. I typically visit maybe once or twice per month for the pharmacy and my favorite shampoo. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick in the store. I would recommend going in the store for the pharmacy because the drive through service time is hit(REALLY quick) or miss(REAAAAALLLYYY slow). The store is clean and they always have what I need stocked. Oh… and they have nice discounts/offers for their rewards program. Extra points for being open 24 hrs… this is the only place in the neighborhood that has these hours. You never realize how wonderful that is until you have an allergy attack late at night and need something to help you out!

I am a RiteAid lover! I usually only purchase select things from certain stores Bc there is never a store that has everything I want expect the one on resisterstown road! I love this RiteAid Bc: Pros: 1. I always score major deals here on candy and gum ect. I have a super sweet tooth so this is perfect for me. 2. The friendly staff makes my trips here enjoyable! They are always so positive and it is refreshing. 3. No long lines! Always flowing and moving Cons: 1. They don’t sell popcorn chips anymore ! Idk why it’s like they just gave up on them. 2. The Shea Moisture line of products is Never Restocked sadly! Other then those minor things I love this rite aid

I’ve been here before for a few purchases, that part is fine — the one star review is for the pharmacy. I wanted to get my flu shot there — when I called ahead, they said itd take 10 – 15 minutes. It actually took them 50 minutes, and they forgot that I was waiting twice(once after handing in my form, once after bringing me into the consultation room). The pharmacy was not busy(3 customers tops in the time I was there). Bring a book.

The absolute worst. The baby section is never stocked, the staff is rude. I don’t even understand why they are even open. They don’t have anything you need which is the opposite of what a Rite Aid should be.

Come here several times a week. Usually in off peak times. Staff are always friendly and the store is always clean. Only used RX services once and had no issues. Great deals if you use the loyalty card. Pretty good selection of food items too beyond pharmacy items. Always open, even during inclement weather(which can be a savior). 24⁄7 hours and convenient location make this a great store. Security guard late at night also.

Awful! Everytime we pick up a rx there is some kind of issue. We switched to target and have never had a single problem since. Ugh.

Worst pharmacy ever! They get things wrong all the time. Wait times are ridiculous at the drive thru and when you walk in. The pharmacists are rude and never have the answers for everything. Don’t bother calling in a prescription because it won’t be ready!

Seems a little tight, but it is clean, compact and has a lot of what most people may need. Like most Rite Aids, just compact.
