Buffalo Wild Wings

Ugh! I am not enjoying this this, but this visit was truly disappointing. Let me start it out this way. The waitress was awesome!!! She really was very attentive, sweet and at the top of her game. I left a great tip because she was that awesome and I can’t blame her. Why all the buildup? Why not get to the real issue? Okay here I go…
I went up to Olé Miss to visit my daughter and took her to a quick dinner before her night class. I drove to Olé Miss with a friend of mine who also has a son that goes there. My friend use to be a chef and on the ride up he was telling me about some restaurants now are simply serving food that has been previously prepared by a distributor in a bag and others who are simply microwaving frozen food. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the first thing that I noticed was that the bread was spongy as if it was microwaved. The meat was extraordinarily hot as if microwaved. The melted cheese on was an additional but it too was very very hot and had ‘that’ same type of consistency. There is no question the darn thing was microwaved. I paid over $ 10 for a previously factory packaged, frozen Philly cheesesteak? The same darn sand which I can purchase at Sam’s and Costco in a 6 pack.
If I go back I will only order the wings. Period. My advice is to ask how the food is prepared prior to ordering.

Service was ok but you could tell they were ready to close.
We ordered the sampler but I am allergic to onions and requested that we could sub the onion rings (like we do at EVERY BWW we go to) and she liked me dead in the eyes and said NO that’s against policy. I was shocked to say the least. So we ordered a different item.
The wings came out cold and we got one set of wings that we didn’t order and it took forever to get the replacement
Sadly they were one of the ONLY places In Oxford open after 10:30 on a Friday night or we would have gladly gone ANYWHERE else
Beware this BWW def a disappointment

Been here many times. Service is usually good, but can certainly be below average on occasion. The taps on the bar are regularly updated and cycled, although the bottles in the coolers seem like they don’t get moved too much.
Food has always been excellent and never cold.
Trivia nights on Wednesdays are a lot of fun.

This BWW has typical service for a BWW… aka horrendous service. I’ve been here at least two dozen times and only once (1 time!!!) actually had my order correctly delivered to my table. The waitresses here either don’t understand English or everyone just does whatever they want without regard to their customers. Seriously, when there’s 10 other people in the restaurant it shouldn’t take one hour to deliver 10 [precooked] wings that you just tossed in some sauce.

Terrible service. Took almost 2 and a half hours to get our food. Everyone’s fries at our table were cold. One of the people at our table received wings that had no sauce on them. No sauce! They were just chicken fingers and he had ordered mild wings. He also ordered fries and never received them. After all of this, the waiter got our checks wrong 4 TIMES! We ended up just paying what was on our checks even though they were incorrect.

Servers were great. Burger luke warm, onion rings old and greasy, should not have been severed. Saturday night at 7pm and the place is half empty, no reason to serve poor food. Server got my meal comped without me asking, that was really nice of her (wish I could remember her name) anyway tipped $ 20.00 for being so nice.
