I ordered for delivery. It took awhile for them to bring my pizza. The delivery driver was back up so that was okay. They were out of two toppings for my pizza. Instead of calling me and telling me they just didnt put them on and didnt tell me. Ill just go to dominoes.

Worse service ever. I just only gave it one star because couldn’t figure out how to give it ¼ star. After waiting 30min someone finally took our order. Then after several attempts of the server trying to bring pizzas that we did not order we finally got a portion of our food. The couple that was with us did not get their pizza for another fifteen mins and when they did it was wrong. Had to send it back and when they brought it out the pizza was wrong again but not only that there was no tomato sauce on the pizza. Who makes pizza without tomato sauce? Definitely would stay away from this place. I normally don’t write review of restaurants but this was by far the absolute worst service I have ever had.

Trust me … Don’t go to this Pizza Hut. Words can’t describe the terrible management this franchise has. I love Pizza Hut, particularly stuffed crust pizza. We arrived about an hour after a game at Olé Miss this weekend, however there was only a handful of people eating in the restaurant. I will add, for the sake of the argument, that the manager was wearing a Mississippi State hoodie, in the middle of Oxford, after one of the biggest wins in school history. It didn’t deter me from eating there, however you would rarely see that in any other successful franchise in a rival town. When we got there, we noticed they only had one waiter and the place was starting to fill up a bit. He seemed like a good kid, and I honestly felt sorry for him for being the only guy having to wait tables. It took us about 10 – 15 minutes to get our order finally in and the waiter had to come back and tell us he forgot about our drinks. Still okay. Understandable. However, the next hour, we watched three tables order, get their pizza, and leave. I asked the waiter if he could just update us on the status of our order and his reply was with a standoff-ish, «I really have no idea.» I explained that’s why I wanted him to go check on it. He came back and said it was just now getting into the oven«for whatever reason.» We graciously paid for our drinks and left. I sent in a complaint to Pizza Hut and got an apology from the general manager, however every apology had an excuse lined up with it. I understand things come up, but I want to hear how you’re going to improve it, now why you didn’t meet expectations in the first place. Just a simple, «I’m so very sorry about your experience, we’ll get it right next time» would’ve sufficed. Also, at no point during the apology from the general manager was any kind of reconciliation offer(free pizza, free appetizer next visit, etc.) ever offered, which I guess I shouldn’t have expected at this point.
