What a joke, went on a random choice to choose this place since our favorite pizza delivery places are closed on Mondays. Called at 6:00 on a snowy night with expectations that it may take a little while. When the women answered she was very rude. When telling my address she repeated it multiple times like she had no idea what it was. I then ordered a pizza and asked if her Cesar dressing was an oil based or cream she had no idea what I was talking about and then said oh it’s creamy. And then I asked how much and how long she said got it and hung up! After 50 minutes went by the pizza was still not here and our home is only 3 minutes from the Restraunt. Maybe we should have just picked up. When calling back the women said «you are not my only customer it will get there when it does» and hung up. When calling back to speak to a manager he laughed and said I’m so sorry I’m going to fire her. Shortly after the pizza arrived and the delivery driver was so kind I informed him to let his boss know how terrible the customer service was and he said oh it was probably the owners wife. I also let him know I would be face booking and Unilocaling the customer service, he agreed with my decision and apologized for them. I tipped him accordingly as it is not his fault. They won’t be getting my business again, how rude, I understand you may be busy but when the initial call is made say we are really busy tonight and with weather conditions it may take some time. There is a way to keep customers coming back even if your backed up on service some days. And just so she knows your Cesar dressing isn’t creamy it is oil based so you can let your customers know. ebie for writing this review, or if you’re connected in any way to the owner or employees.

I use to go here a lot until one day I called to pick up and a women answered the phone in a rude tone she asked me what I wanted then proceeded to yell at me for not understanding a question I told her never mind I will just order something else and she hung up on me. I will never go here again

I’ve eaten from here a couple of times but have only had the pizza. It was OK, but nothing special.
Now that I don’t live in town, it’s not a place I’d go out of my way to frequent.
