Ipad 4. 1^st visit, only needed a charging port. Ended up getting a whole new glass screen and whatever layer under that, new main button, cheap battery and the charging port. $ 100 and 1 month later, battery won’t take a charge at all. I go back in and they tell me the warranty is already up? I say thats fine, I need it fixed for my son. Almost 3 weeks go by, no phone call as to progress or what is actually wrong this time, I call there and they tell me they have no record of it being there? No work order was ever done and nothing even showing on the computer that I had already called once and was promised a call back and never got one. Then they miraculously say they found it and it needs a «mother board» and they want $ 240 to fix it! I go in the next day to just pick it up and take it to the Apple Store which I should have done in the first place. My Bad! Then they want $ 43 for diagnostics when not even 24 hours before that they told me they didn’t have it or have a work order.
This place is horribly run, I certainly would not trust them for anything that is of value to you.
If you have an Apple product that needs service — Go the Apple store, they are professionals that know what they are doing and will communicate with you before you have to hunt them down to find out whats going on.

I brought my portable speaker in for a new charge port. It was a $ 70 repair. Yikes! I should have just bought a new one. The catch… You have to pay dionogistic test no matter what. My speaker was fixed but in my opinion very overpriced.

After my daughters screen shattered on her IPhone 5c. I started a claim with the insurance we have on it. They wanted $ 169 for our deductible to repair it. My neighbor suggested Digital Dr. Boy am I glad I went there! They charged us $ 105! I brought it in at 4:30 and it was done by 7:00! Phone is just like new again. Very friendly staff! Thanks again!
