Tim Hortons

I live near this Tim Hortons and go there every morning. Lately they have not been bad. It has been good product. But that has only been the last few months. After over and over complaining of them giving me watered down cappuccino and when I order an extra large cappuccino and them only filling as much as a large and even sometimes a medium. Now I give them 4 stars but I am rating them lower because I have had more bad times going there then good.

The most disgusting coffee from a breakfast place ever. I’ve had better coffee in waiting rooms and gas stations. Disappointing.

When I saw this review I was shocked. Living in lake Orion I usually go to the other Tim Hortons, but I went there a couple of weeks ago for a business coffee connection. They have it every Thursday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. I of course got a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Loved it and then took my kids the next week. Do not know what old management was like but Geoff treats all his guests like family and the girl who took our orders in a drive through was sweet as pie!

I am giving Tim Horton’s a 3 star review, but please understand that it is based on what you would expect from a Tim Horton’s, not from a different type of restaurant.
I must say that things have improved here drastically. When I first went to this store, there would be 6 people working the drive thru, but they would not acknowledge anyone that walked into the dining room. They would all just stand there and stare at you (they weren’t busy). No one would say «someone will be right with you» and they definitely would not go and get anyone to help. This has changed. Now — there is usually someone available to help the person that actually takes the time to get out of their car an walk into the restaurant. And — in a new twist, they actually greet you and ask to take your order. They don’t just stare at you. Crazy, but true.
Now — the food is Tim Horton’s. They have donuts and coffee. The egg white breakfast sandwich is a good choice if you are watching your waistline, but it isn’t ultra tasty. The coffee is good. Just remember, this is a fast food place. You are not going to get gourmet. I give the 3 star rating based on the much improved service.

Changed ownership and the place went down the toilet. There’s not an employee there that can get the coffee order right. Short staffed. Don’t bother complaining cause the managers are dazed and confused. Training myself to drink mcdonalds coffee, at least it’s fresh and made correctly.
