He is thorough and explained everything he wanted to try and the reason behind it. He didn’t shy away from my neuropathy and is a problem solver. His staff is friendly and professional. I struggled for years with foot pain. I went to a neurologist who said the pain was caused by neuropathy and wanted me to take drugs. But another Doctor said that it might be something else and recommended Dr. Samuels.
I wish I had found him years ago. Dr. Samuels found that I had a problem with my arches and made me a pair of custom insert. This solved most of my problems and allowed me to walk again with far less pain. And I didn’t need any drugs.
Dr. Samuel’s seem quite through in his exams and in the info he provides me, particularly in how to choose and fit my shoes. (I was buying them to small)
The office staff is always friendly and courteous. They seem to know how to correctly work with my health insurance.
I have recommended him to my family and they too like him.
