Carl’s Jr.

Asked for no ice in my coke but she put ice in it anyway. Also asked for habanero sauce (diablo burger sauce) and she put taco sauce in my bag instead. Why is this so difficult for them?

OK this is like the 3 time I get home and these punk ass fools forget my items!!! this time it’s onion rings and my tacos I will never go here again. they don’t even deserve the star I gave them

they constantly mess up my order ! I mean how hard is it to NOT put cheese on my burger!

It’s your average Carl’s Jr. With the same menu, layout, etc. However, they were slow in bringing over my order. The restroom has no mirror. No doubt, it’s constantly vandalized by the local nationals. After all this is Oxnard.

My review is based on my many visits to Carl’s joint. They make good burgers but don’t rely on photos they use on TV or any of their posters. What you see is NOT what you get on account photos are fixed. If you like cold to Luke warm fries don’t say a word to the order taker. If you like em HOT then tell them. Buen apetito.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience with this Carl’s Jr. location. It’s just down the street from my home, and after In-​N-​Out, Carl’s is my fast-​food go-​to burger joint. I’m a simple man, so the Famous Star with Cheese is my favorite (you can never go wrong with extra «Special Sauce»). Plus, Carl’s Jr. corp is gracious enough to always make sure I get coupons in the mail (they’re great coupons, don’t toss them out next time you see them!), and they’re very good too (e.g. 2 Famous Stars for $ 3, 2 Western Bacon Cheeseburgers for $ 4, 2 $ 6 burgers for $ 6, and many others including $ 1 off coupons). The great thing about most Carl’s locations, especially this one, is that they have never given me any issue at all using more than one coupon. When ordering for the whole family, we usually come out paying at least half of what we were supposed to pay because our favorites are all available through the monthly coupon mail flyer. In terms of customer service and quality, for all the times I’ve visited this place, this place ranks high up there when compared to other nearby fast-​food chains. To top it all off, they have Coke Zero!

This place is getting a lot better. Their service improved a lot from last time. I might not have to drive to Vineyard when I get some cravings for a good burger.

Had to give it a star only cause that place is tore down due to its being rebuilt from the grown up so I will have to restore its stars when it is up and running again
