Love their new look, they have new packaging too. Must try their new spicy. It’s delicious, crunchy, just the right amount of spiciness.

after giving up on going to KFC because of the poor quality food, I decided to try again, ordered food thru drive thru and then got charged 10 times the amount of what i ordered on my card(girl entered it wrong), spent 30mins with the manager trying to correct it, he could not, said he will get it done by end of day, never got corrected. totally incompetent, and this guy was the area coach?

Only reason I’m giving a one star is because I have to, or else I would give no star. Honestly worst experience I’ve ever encountered with this place, after numerous calls to corporate customer service and the restaurant itself and the regional manager Jaime nobody is willing to assist me & act as they have no authority. Well who is your boss then?! Anyways I visited this restaurant through drive through on Friday August 14,2015 the attendant Angie gave me my total charged my card when I handed it to her and gave me my food never said one word to me besides my total which I thought was odd, I drove off and until I got home realized that I was charged $.49 on my bank account extra that was not stated anywhere on my receipt. I had no idea what this charge was for so I quickly got on the phone & spoke to anyone that would answer but nobody was any help! Finally the regional manager; Jaime, explained to me the $.49 fee was a debit fee. Okay well nobody made me aware of this fee at all. When you’re going to charge somebody something different than the food total you let them know. Legally that was not right. Jaime also said it was written somewhere that the fee is applied? Where? No where on my receipt does it I say that? What if I can’t read? Nobody verbally told me this? This is where I will have my lawyer step in. Honestly customer service is a big deal to me and kfc has the absolute WORST I’ve experienced. Then Jaime mejia, the regional manager tried to bribe me with a free meal?! You think you can have me be quite by giving me free stuff? NO you’re not addressing the problem instead you’re ignoring it & bribing me that’s not the way you do business ! No issue has been settled & kfc failed to satisfy this customer. Never visiting this place again. I will let all my friends and family members not to visit any kfc ever.

I loved the Colonel’s chicken ever since he caught his first chix. Frequenting KFC can add weight to your frame so be careful how much you down. Unlike other chicken Masters, this one is moist, tender tasty. But I do think they could cut down on the NaCl. Nevertheless, it does hit the spot. I prefer Breastrs. Hows ’bout you?

I don’t know why I went back to this KFC they always make my order wrong and I can never seem to check it before I get back home. I ordered an 8 piece meal deal half grilled and half original. This should have been 4 pieces original and 4 pieces grilled. This is what I got… 9 total pieces, 7 pieces grilled and 2 original. Plus I only got 1 breast, it should have been 2. I guess I’ll drive the extra 2 miles to the next closest KFC to my house from now on. Everytime I go to this one and go though the drive thru they can never get the type or number on pieces right. Seriously it not that hard of a job. If they are out of something they need to say something and not just give you 5 thighs when your expecting 2 wings, thighs, breasts and legs. I mean how many times can you screw up the same persons order. This must happen alot.

The food is the same. I can always count on it to be as good as my cooking. However, the service is tanking! The kids they hire theses days cant wipe their butts with out the managers help. I went in the store and ordered the same thing I always order. Famous Bowl with no chicken on top but green bean substitute. But the shift leader Susan looked at me like I was insane. She had to stop everything and call the manager at HOME and ask her what to do. I politely told her I order this like 2 times a week and she walked away and yelled across the room«DO You Want Cheese?» She was so rude. She told me that the manager told her that they would never do this for me again and rudely rand me up. So I asked for the corporate phone number and she didn’t even know it!!! So I went to my car and found it and gave it to her… after I called and reported their asses for horrible service.

KFC has gone down hill from last time. Too salty. Not Fresh. The only thing we liked was the service but not enough to make up for the lackluster food. I don’t think we will be back any time soon, there’s a Popeye’s a couple of blocks down the street so we might go there instead.

I’m not majorly into KFC but every once in a while I get a mad craving for those potato wedges and chicken strips, so I sacrifice myself and go through the 5 minute walk it takes to get there. Service inside is great because even if there’s a line they go through it quickly, and service through the drive thru is even better because there’s hardly anyone in the drive thru!(but remember I wouldnt reaaaally know because I *walk* there.) The dinning area appears to be properly cared of, and I can’t say any of the staff is memorable because they’re rather neutral people. I can’t complain fast food is fast food, and this KFC is a-okay as far as fast food service goes.
