The star rating is for the food and service, which were excellent. I ordered the three-​piece meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. As is typically the case with Kentucky Fried Chicken, the food was delicious. Original recipe chicken is the best chicken available, while the potatoes with gravy was very good. I finished with the biscuit and added butter, which was as good as other KFC locations.
I want to say this about the wireless service. I had my iPad with me and wanted to use it. The splash page contains the terms of service but no clear way to connect to the internet. I showed it to the cashier and she didn’t know what to do. I finally found the CONNECT link, which is in dark font against a black background, making it almost impossible to see. I submitted this comment to the restaurant via the customer survey, so hopefully this will be fixed.

Best service ever. My meal was fresh out of the oven and the team members were very friendly. As soon as I walked in the store i noticed it was very clean. The service was unlike any other place I have been to. The young boy at the cashier was very friendly and helped me pick out the right meal for my family. He was fast and friendly just like everyone else at the restaurant. Definitely coming back to this KFC!

Unlike the other KFC’s this one I can honestly say it’s my favorite one. Very well trained team, they take the cake when it comes to customer service. My experience was wonderful since they greeted me right as I entered the door and not many restaurants do that. I was highly impressed by how well they carry themselves. If they mis pack an order they go out of their way to make it better and they always close my order with a thank you and a smile. Keep it up guys!

Col. Sanders took awhile to combine the right ingredients for his finger liken chicken. But the old FF (flatulent fool) did it. Commercially it’s tops. Home made is better.

We finally went back to KFC after boycotting for awhile. I’m glad I gave this place another try. They pulled it together. The chicken was delicious, biscuits were fluffy and buttery. I don’t know if this place is under new management but what ever changes were made are working out great. My family will be going back again. Thanks KFC

Two nights ago their drive thru was closed for whatever reason so I came inside to order. The girl who took my order said that my hot wings and biscuit would take 10 minutes to cook. I said that’s fine I wait longer at other places normally. The young lady gave me a FREE large to enjoy while I waited. Once it was almost time for my order I decided I wanted to order one more piece of chicken. And the girl gave it to me for free for waiting. That was a great experience with fast food
