McDonald’s

I don’t even like McDondalds that much, but this McDonalds is AWESOME! They always get my order right and the service is great! The people who work there are friendly and polite!

Poor service i ordered a big mac meal made my order large then when i got the fries they were half way and stale… then i asked to get fresh fries and the girl that was at the drive thru had an attitude she looked at me as if i was asking for something i hadn’t purchased omg never going there again then the manager there is a total idiot doesn’t even know the meaning of being a manager i feel sorry for this place never going back

You need to always check your bag in the drive thru here. They will give you cheaper items
or sometimes one of your items is missing. Not sure if they are crooks or just don’t care.
I’ve heard others complain about the same issue. The daytime manager is a Rude ***.

Went there to grab a quick burger and I had a bogo coupon for a quarter pounder with cheese from my receipt from the last time I went and was my husband disappointed. He used to love this burger but for some reason he said it was not that good and I have to agree with him. It was lukewarm at best and kind of rubbery. It was reasonably priced because we got a bogo deal but it was like $ 4.50 so it certainly wouldn’t be worth that for 1 burger. Feeling kind of sad.

Found a long plastic wire in my food. Didn’t even get an apology. Never going back.

Worst food ever, I got the new «Buttermilk crispy chicken » the chicken was burnt, the lettuce was old, 2 cut up cherry tomatoes, a blob of mayo on one side.
I had to look up the sandwich on the Web menu to see what it’s supposed to look like. I thought if I doctored it up, it could be ok, Nope I was wrong, and a hair to top it off. I rarely eat fast food, this is why. Totally gross.
I just wished I would have taken a pitcher of it.

This is the nearest McDonald’s to me and every time I come I literally have to think about 3 times before coming. This morning all I wanted was the delicious breakfast platter and the girl at the voice over was soooo rude I almost wanted to reach in there and get her myself. She didn’t repeat my order or even had it on the screen, I asked to add two hash browns and she just gave me my total. Didn’t ask if I wanted anything else. The girl that gave me my bag of food almost threw at me! I just wanted to yank my hair out of how frustrated I was

The staff is nice and drive thru lines aren’t too bad but I always order a McWrap with no sauce and it always has sauce in it, so I’m always having to park and get off to get it fixed and I hate they close at 10pm since I live close by and I only crave McDonald’s at midnight

So normally at Mcdonalds you have to check your bag. But this place you have to price the items before you pay for them because they will add some BS to the menu and charge you more. Then once you check your back, you actually have to open the sandwich and make sure they got the order right. I guess all the electronic devices to get the correct order is beyond some people. When I worked at burger king we didn’t have computers telling me how to fold a damn sandwich bag and hardly ever got the order as wrong as these people do.

I usually get there Quater Pounder with Cheese or Chicken Nuggets with BBQ Sauce. Love there Ice Cream on a Cone. Love there Breakfast especially the Bacon and Egg Cheese Biscuits. Great customer service fast and friendly.

This is really close to my house and we’ve gone maybe 20 times over the last three years for convenience… Realistically, about 15 of those orders were wrong in some way. Missing an item, wrong size, exploded syrup all over our food, etc… And I think my fries were only salted on one or two occasions. The staff is usually friendly though, no complaints there.

I very rarely eat fast food, maybe every other month, if even that much. But my husband raved about the new Mighty Wings, so I thought I’d try them, as he is generally right about these things… I gotta say, they are pretty darned good! Large (not party wing size, as expected), juicy and surprisingly spicy and non-​greasy. KFC & Popeye’s better watch their backs!

Terrible service. Cancelled my order and got my money back. I waited 15 min for order, asked, didn’t even start making my order. They did the same thing to 2 customers in front of me.

Better going to the 1 on Ventura road this place sucks so bad. they can’t even get a mcdouble right. I get to mc doubles extra onions and pickles and they always mess it up and the burgers are always cold

Lady working at 6 AM on Saturdays in the drive-​thru, please let me finish speaking before you cut me off. I said one item and before I even finished saying sausage burrito you cut me off and asked if my order was complete. What the heck?

I have given this place plenty of opportunities in the last year to redeem themselves but I think after today, I will go to a different McDonalds.
They get an F for order accuracy… all I order are salads and they can’t get that right. Wrong salads, wrong dressings, wrong type of chicken, one time the lid wasn’t put on the container correctly and the salad spilled out all over…
Today, I got my chicken which has asian coating on it, (I order the SW Salad) and it’s UNDER the tortilla strips… so this tells me that THEY knew that chicken came off of another salad or was covered in sauce in error but they put it on my salad anyway… don’t bother calling… I don’t have time to go running back and forth on my lunch.

I’m giving them three stars, since normally I have good luck here… but good lord, coffee grounds in my iced coffee? And not just a little. I drank/​ate at least a straw full before realizing what had happened.
The picture posted is what was left over. There was also a weird white disc the size of a hole punch in my coffee, too. Not sure what it was, but I was very grossed out.

Yes, 4 stars for a McDonald’s.
Really, it is what it is… I’ve seen this McDonald’s go through about 10 remodels and probably 5 times as many managers (grew up up the street in Yankee Landing)…but I’ve found that throughout my years and visits to this and many other McDonald’s, this one has the cleanest dining area, shortest wait times and least rude staff.
I guess if you’re near the Oxnard Harbor, and find yourself having a Big Mac attack or a general attack of the munchies, you could do a lot worse (for example, I’ll never set foot inside Roxbury ever again, but that’s fodder for another review, another time).
