This is always a great spot to just sit back and relax. You can watch boats and kayaks go up and down the harbor as well as the wildlife. Last time we stopped by, we saw a seal or sea otter for a brief moment until it went under the water. There are usually quite a few cars parked here, but most of the time, you can find a spot with a good view.
