Inspector failed to show up for scheduled appointment. When I called Ecola, they flatout lied to me. The first person I spoke with advised me that she saw no appointment scheduled. She then asked me for the name of the inspector. I gave her the name, and she told me that there was nothing on his schedule for my property and asked me hold. After a lengthy hold, a second person came on the line and told me that the inspector showed up at 2:00, and nobody was home. That was a lie. My roommate had been home all day, and I had been home since 12:30. There is no way we both would have missed a knock or the door bell, and why two different conflicting stories from Ecola? If you feel like wasting your time with a dishonest company, give them a try!

I had bugs and spiders then I called Ecola. After Ecola sprayed… no more bugs and no more spiders. Can’t ask for more than that. We all appreciate the excellent pest control service for our humble home. Especially our eight year old little girl. Ecola was cost effective and efficient. Thank you Ecola Termite & Pest… your’re the best!

Ok… so I’ve known I have termites for some time now. I’ve put off treatment partly because of the cost and also because of the HUGE inconvenience. How much damage can they really do — right? Well, actually the cost of repairs after they’ve munched on the fascia if not important structural areas of the home becomes so much more costly the longer you put off eliminating the problem. I consulted with several other companies and tenting was advised — that is scary. I’m thinking that if all the plants, animals and food need to be removed before the asphyxiation of the little critters — probably not too safe for people either. AND — you have to move out for a few days — talk about an inconvenience! So somebody mentions«Ecola» and this guy Nick Karalis comes out — boy does he know his stuff! Nick was so professional and knowledgeable — it’s like he truly has a degree in «termites 101». And, we find out that a very large church/school in my area contracts w Ecola. If Ecola is good enough for them, they are good enough for me! Just yesterday, Ecola«termited» my house(or should I say«de-termited». I didn’t have to leave, or pack up any plants, animals or food. The technicians were two very polite and respectful young men. The technique was a combination of several strategies(Nick can explain) and they even place a borate solution on affected areas to act as a deterrent so the little pests won’t come back! No repairs need to be made, the cost was reasonable and I have a 2 year warranty. I love these guys!
