Fenessco

This company is the worst — terrible service. The owner told me that he was «just the middle man» when the 8 windows I had ordered for my beach rental house hadn’t arrived two weeks after the promised date. There was no communication about the delay. He told me to call the manufacturer and then left for a long weekend. I dealt directly with the manufacturer for the next two weeks to get them in and installed. Turns out the order had been «misplaced.» Construction and painting were still going on when my guests arrived and I had to give them a discount. When I asked Fenessco and the manufacturer about a discount for me, the manufacturer said they had already given Fenessco a discount, and Fenessco again said, «I’m just the middle man.» He finally apologized, saying that 95% of the time, they give excellent service and that unfortunately, I fell within the other 5%. When the bay window leaked a month later, I dealt directly with the manufacturer again. The manufacturer sent someone who fixed the problem. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
