Jack In the Box

Honestly the worst Jack In The Box in this city. The drive thru takes forever! I feel like I need to have a full tank of gas to be waiting in this line. Also, I never get my order correct. Just save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

This place sucks! The workers pay no attention to the customers trying to order food & they just look at you & continue what they are doing, the tables are a mess & don’t clean them

If I could, I wouldn’t give this Jack no stars at all!!! Their drive threw service sucks!!! They take forever!!! I have been waiting for about 20 min. to get my lunch!!! They need to speed it up, get a bigger crew for lunch hours!!! No stars!!!

If this place could get negative stars it would… Every time I come here I get dirty looks from the staff the food comes out cold the drinks are warm coming out of the soda machine and no matter what there’s always crazy scary homeless people outside I’m telling you in all honesty this place really needs a good fucking kick in the ass management is horrible

Great customer service except the food just sucks. It’s fast food and I forgot how my body can’t exactly process this and make me feel good about myself at the same time lol
But 2 tacos for $ 1 and 10 pc chicken nuggets for $ 2.50, you were too good to pass up for today’s lunch! I’ll pass ya’ll up next time though. You’ll see :(

I like Jack In The Box just as much as the next guy and the only reason I come to this location is because its right next door to my work. I hate coming here though because they ALWAYS take FOREVER with my order! I’ve waited well over 15 minutes in the drive through and up to 20 minutes in the lobby. Once I get my food there’s no problem though since it’s made correctly.
The customer service is severely lacking, even for fast food standards. Backs turned to me in the drive through, conversations being had while my food is waiting there, no answers to when I ask them how their day is going… you can see the point arising.

Drive thru extremely slow it’s ridiculous! I’ve taken almost 45 min in the drive thru. They need more workers in the night shift

I’ll start off by being honest — I’m not a fan of Jack in the Box. I’m not a fan of fast food in general. This JitB, this JitB in particular, is the reason why I dislike fast food.
I walk in — alright — and I see a dispute going on. A customer, or shall I say former customer of this particular location, is upset because the individuals working at this location hate life. They hate life so much that they’ll do everything in their power to ensure that everyone who comes through this JitB will hate life just as much as they do.
When he received his order, it was wrong, completely wrong. All he wanted was either a free meal or his money back. The employees made sure that neither happened and they did so with pleasure.
After he left, some employees were talking about and laughing at the whole situation.
Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.
Back to me — I ordered my meal and had it customized, as I normally do. When I get my food I walk out happily and when I got home, soon saw that these people are monsters.
Everything was incorrect and sloppily done. My food was cold and stale… there were toppings missing and the ones that were put on are sparse. The cheese was still cold. The tacos were limp. The burger meat was half hanging out!
I was angry. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to order from this spot! Cuz that’ll be too, too cruel.
If you can, avoid this JitB like herpes. You’ll be a happier person in the long run.

Something up with all the JackINtheBox. I order drive thru. They take forever. Then they ask me to move my car back. away from the camera. I guess so they don’t seem to take a long time or something. 1 notice this at the location on Ventura Rd too.

what can you say about jack in the box… just another good place to eat if your tummy is hungry. this is a place where you can never go wrong getting there tacos who would have thought that a hamburger place would offer some decent tasting tacos yeahhh jack in the box tacos
that only thing that will be the best off all would be if they bring back there monster tacos

CRACK in the Box! Coming home late night from the other side of rose or down channel islands this place is good reliable open. It does what it does so a good fast food 3 stars!
