Jack in the Box

Munchie Meals all the way. I don’t remember a time when I haven’t gone to Jack for something else. Maybe to use the bathroom, but when I buy something it’s a munchie meal.
It’s good! I wish they gave me some more fries like some of the other franchises do but I can’t complain. The burgers and tacos are better on average.

We went to Jack in the Box because the weather has been hot and we wanted to go eat somewhere cool and we kept seeing commercials for the buttery jack. Wow were we disappointed! I think they forgot the butter part because the burger was completely dry and bordering on inedible. The only reason i gave it a star is because of the air conditioning. The music was so loud you couldn’t even carry on a conversation. The chocolate milkshake was the only saving grace. What happened I used to love Jack in the box?

I am always on the look out for Vegetarian friendly spots Jack has many meat free items after surfing I was hungry I ordered the Sampler has Motz sticks. Jalapeño, fries they were made to order.

Long story short: drive to another Jack in the Box! :)
Long story: We’ve gone to this particular Jack in the Box like 3 times & I don’t think there will be a 4^th time. We’ve never been inside, we always use the drive thru here. Ok, so the first time was an ok experience. 2^nd time, we went at 9:30pm to order a munchie meal & the employee said they had «ran out» of them for the night. What? So we left without buying anything. I guess the 2 cars in front of us wanted the same thing cuz they drove off without stopping at the pick up window. The 3^rd one was the worst. I believe that a store’s customer service is a big thing when it comes to getting repeat customers. Well, about a week ago, we went again at about 8pm & the girl that was taking our order through the drive thru was extremely rude. Didn’t greet us, thank us, or sounded friendly at all. She kept talking over us as we were ordering & kept asking «is that it?» After ordering, we drove up to the pick up window & the lady who handed us our food was really nice. She asked us if we wanted ketchup & we said yes, so she turned around to ask the rude girl gave her attitude too. Idk what was going on with her that day or if that’s her usual attitude, but if you don’t treat your customers nice, especially the ones who aren’t giving u any problems, you should find another job that doesn’t involve working with people.

This JITB was small and clean but understaffed of breakfast time. The counter was empty and two people were waiting to order. The dining area and bathrooms were clean but not updated and had old décor.
Honestly, I went here to use the bathroom, and I did not order, but your choices of food are better on the other side of the freeway. Sorry Jack :(

Been going here for years. It used to be awesome but recently a bunch of kids who cant seem to get their orders right have started working there. It seems like they always forget something. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING.

I agree with Matthew H.‘s post below, check the order because they always get something wrong and forget something and the manager there is a major b****!

Jack-​in-​the-​box guy: (in a sing-​song voice) «it’s a great evening! may I take your order?»
Roach: «may I please have a small pumpkin shake?»
Jack-​in-​the-​box guy: «Will that be all for ya? You look like you need some tacos»
Roach: «No. No thank you. no tacos today… Well, maybe i should order some french fries…»
Jack-​in-​the-​box guy: «okay, small fries, small shake… that’ll be… uh… four twenty!»
Roach: «hahaha, rad»
Jack-​in-​the-​box guy: (with a wink) «you better believe it! Hey, cheer up –it’s your lucky night!»
Roach: «how’s that?»
Jack-​in-​the-​box guy: «i accidentally made you a large pumpkin shake»

The food was good for jack in the box, people were nice
