McDonald’s

I want to start this off by saying I made a Unilocal review page just for this! I continue to be disappointed by this drive thru! I can not tell you how many times they leave items of your order out, I always want to call or complain but never have cause I feel bad but this is ridiculous! Mc Donald’s is a joke & I will never go back to this particular one again!

Longline 1 cashier. New service At the tables, given a dirty number holder to carry to the dirty table. Food was over 5 minutes before served. No cup, so I asked my server to clean the table and bring my cup. She was prompt and came back with her finger in my cup. Had to go get my condiments and napkins. Ketchup area was filthy, trash bins overflowing. Went to counter to get ketchup. By the time I started my meal. It was lukewarm.
Lose the table service, it’s a waste of employees time and takes away from speed of service. The fries have to be hot or they are no good.

This is dumb when you can’t buy a hamburger 30mins before 11am. It was on the menu. So here I am sitting waiting for 11am to go thru the drive thru a second time and wait for a plain hamburger McDonalds is so Irritating. It would be understandable normally but the drive-​thru voice girl was being rude. Not coming back.

I guess i have to continue the bad reviews. I came right before closing but they were all ready closed. I went through drive through I asked the car behind me if it was ok and he said yes. So we order and everything was ok until they start laughing at us and saying omg. It was completely rude!!! I can’t believe I would have ever had experienced something like this. But thankfully to Jenassa (i think that’s how to spell her name :)) we got our food and we we’re on the way. Thanks Jenassa but your manager sucks!!!

Smallest hot fudge sundae ever, ordered extra hot fudge too and was left wondering where they put it. Big discrepancy from other McDonalds.

We were famished after our movie and wanted to get a bite to eat. Since it was a late movie, we had pretty limited choices so McDonald’s it was! I usually don’t do fast food, but this location was open late and we wanted something close to home.
We decided to eat-​in and this place was super, super busy. We ordered our food and because it was so «happening» that night, we waited a bit longer for our entire order. The food was what you would expect from any Mickey D’s, but it did the trick and satisfied our hunger.
Overall, this place is OK. Some of the people that dine here may be a little sketch especially at late night hours and you may have to share a table next to some homeless guy, but if that’s acceptable for you — go for it.

Absolutely horrible. Nobody went to customer service training. Nobody knows how to count. Nobody knows who ordered first.
When you place an order you are given an order number that goes up in sequence with each order placed. How is it they were on order 234 without serving 222 (me) or 224 or 228? I know why… knuckle heads work here. My order was ready except for fries. However, people that came in after were getting fries. One guy (#228) ordered a drink and fries. He also got skipped. He waited 5 minutes.
By the time I got my food it was junk. McDonald’s is junk anyway, but at least fresh junk would be good.
And it’s dirty. I had to wipe my own table clean. There was a table next to me that had a tray of trash on it for the 30 minutes I was there. Photo attached

Never consistent with their iced coffee drinks. And when you address it, you get a bad attitude. Customer service is terrible there. (the only reason I put one star is because it wouldn’t let me post my comment).

I came to the drive today and they took forever to take my order thru the speaker. I had to say «is anyone going to take my order?» They could of least have the curtesy to at least ask me to hold on a minute, and to make it worst they weren’t selling the only two items I wanted… the frappes or the pies. I can see why they have a lot of bad reviews here.

Real, real slow. Two windows and two lanes, but they never use both. What a disappointment!

I never did see this coming, me leaving a review and a good review to mccdonlads.
So many factors I have to give this location and facility five star all over, one of them really the outstanding location and the super clean facilities and always smiles good and after meeting one of the mangers which is Mr goivani, really he is an awesome manger, first time got there I took the kids and some of there friends which total 11 kids not including me the big kid and Goviani was there to help us and put together few tables and after all he give the birthday boy some free ice cream .
I know this kind of short review but really it is not so much to say about mccdonlads but it is so much to say about the manager that day which so took this location to the next step and makes us feel like we went to five stars Resturant.

The drive thur customer service was horrible! The guy working the drive thur was rude and not only that he got my whole order wrong. They had to credit my card back and charge me again correctly. They made me wait about 15 mins on the curve side. This was crazy.

Ok. Needed a midnight cheeseburger. Pretty standard expectation for late night drive thru… PATHETIC. Grumpy, rude, squatty lady working. First of all she had the worst attitude… secondly she couldn’t hear or was too busy gabbing with her coworker to get my order right. I strongly dislike snarky people who work in this industry. You work with people at all times and SERVE food. If you can’t be pleasant and handle it then go educate yourself and get a better job… one that will allow you to, be alone so the world doesn’t suffer due to your own misery.
Burgers were hard, clearly old, and disgusting.

Slowest McDonald’s on the earth… all I wanted was a large tea almost 10 minutes later still stuck in drive thru with no way out. Usually takes a while here but this is ridiculous.

I don’t expect much from fast food restaurants, but I do expect them to get my order right more often than not. Been here a handful of times for breakfast and they consistently get my order wrong. Ask for sweet tea, get unsweetened tea. Ask for no egg, get a different kind of egg. Ask for a meal, get only a sandwich. I always order the same thing, sometimes it will be the same amount, sometimes it will be more expensive. Don’t think I’ll be going here again, unless I’m desperate. Surprisingly this isn’t the worst McDonalds I’ve been to.

mcdonalds in general: take a page from jack in the box’s book. Give people the ketchup; its not currency!!! what do you mean they didnt ask for ketchup so you didnt give them any for their fries!!? JAck give you a list of sauces they can offer!

Sometimes, I feel like eating a Big Mac, large fries, and a Coke. Sometimes, chicken nuggets and a double quarter pounder, with cheese. Don’t like don’t eat it.

It’s McDonald’s. Fast food at high calories with low prices.
I used to eat McDonald’s a lot when I was a kid because this location is convenient and kids love happy meals. But I realized the food just tasted fake and I strayed away from their burgers, fries and anything cooked on their griddle.
Yet I’m slightly coming back for their starchy breakfast deluxe platter and their sweet frappes at most but everything else is just blah.
Also, the cashier Stephany was really nice and friendly.
*UPDATE* ACTUALLY, my brother and I felt uncomfortably sick. This review went from 3 stars to 2 stars :(
