Ordered 4 Pepperonis Hot-N-Ready. I was told theres a 15 mn wait. I was ok with that. What I didnt understand was why the people behind me was ordering pepperonis and she gave them their orders right away. I was thinking maybe she didnt have enough for me, so that’s why I had to wait? By the time the 4th pepperoni was handed out to the 3rd customer who was behind me, I was starting to wonder if she had heard me wrong. I nicely told her that I ordered 4PEPPERONIS, she said yes she knows but theres a 15 mintute wait. i was confused. But not one to make a scene, I calmly waited for my order but already not very happy with the wait since apparently they have the pizzas but just wanted me to wait while others got theirs. She gave me my pizzas after everybody had left and there was nobody left in line. There was plenty of pepperonis left in her warmer since by that time, I clearly see which warmer the pepperonis was in. Will not be coming here again for Hot-N-Ready.

Love this place! I was babysitting 4 kids and needed food fast after having taken them roller skating. I love that you can walk in and walk out within 5 minutes with fresh, hot pizzas. And for that Little Caesars… We thank you!!!

Consistently cheesy and delicious,. Good pizza for a great value… and this is why you’ll always see a line, sometimes even out the door. Solution? Call in your order! Unless you want to hang in line and try to make new friends with hungry, frustrated looking folks– HA! Parking can be tight, just park on the side street, just a few steps away. The cashiers are primarily younger adults, perhaps under 21, so sometimes they tend to fall short on their customer service skills… but they try. I don’t expect 5 star service at a take out pizza spot. All nice kids. Besides, its all about the pizza right?

I was there at 11:40am, apparently a popular time for EVERYONE to grab a pizza. Maybe it’s the Valentine’s day office potluck rush? Who knows. All I know was that there were 9 pizza orders ahead of me, and the cashier gal suggested for me to buy a lunch pizza combo that includes a small 4 slice rectangular shaped pizza and one 20 ounce soda. Since I didn’t have 15 – 20 minutes to wait around, I took her advice and bought the pizza combo. Was it a good decision? No. While I saved on time, my taste buds were robbed of the delicious thin crusted goodness. Plus there were practically no sodas in the refrigerator, so I had to wait for the cashier to run to the back and grab a room temperature soda for me. All in all, not the best $ 5+ I’ve spent, I should have gone to Del Taco instead. I ended up eating one slice of my pizza and gave the rest away to my coworkers.
