Love the pizza rev, never any service issues and the staff are most friendly… my only two complaints are; the tables are always sticky and could use a wipedown periodically, and get rid of the damn 500 flavor soda dispenser! My coke always tastes like it has berries in it!

Going to give this place 4 stars because even though they didn’t have any ranch and the soda was out. The service was just great! The pizza was overall ok. a little bland for my tasting… but it was pretty good. It was soooo busy BUT they were so attentive. service was quick like I mentioned the ranch was out but the lady who helped said don’t worry about paying for it and she would bring it out to me so she completely accommodated it. so busy the soda ran out too and although had to remind her twice she was so kind. for as busy as it was they were very on top of things and made you feel like you were their only customer and that alone makes your experience that much more enjoyable and worth it. I had double crust because I’m not a fan of thin crust pizza so that option is great .only complaint I really have is the artichoke hearts I had weren’t cooked all the way and tasted very very sour so I picked them off my pizza. other than that pizza is pretty good overall. I mean I will definitely go again every once in a while but wont be my usual go to pizza place given the fact they only prepare personal pizzas and well since Pizza is my favorite the pizza was pretty good just not my fave…

I tried this place once before and seemed to recall it being fine. Today I placed an online order at 1:10pm for a 1:30 pickup. When I arrived I was informed they had just finished a huge lunch rush and my order would take a few extra minutes. I was offered a free fountain drink for the wait which I was thankful for. The website advertises a pizza cooked in less than 3 minutes so I figured my wait wouldn’t be too long. Even though I ordered online I waited about 15 minutes in the store. I ordered a margherita pizza with bacon and small salad. I was surprised to not get charged extra for the bacon when I selected it online, but I think there’s a problem in their system because on the printed receipt it didn’t show up and there was no bacon on the pizza. So I asked for the bacon to be added, which contributed to the length of time I was waiting. The server apologized and gave me a card to come back for a free pizza. While I was waiting, I asked to see their catering menu since I didn’t see any copies out. It took 3 people about 4 – 5 minutes to find them. I didn’t mean for my question to hold up the progress on the pizza… it seemed like the staff working were all young and eager to help but didn’t quite have everything figured out. The picture of their margherita pizza shows a pretty confetti of chopped basil. I got a pizza with 5 big pieces, meaning not every slice had a slice of basil. Booooo… topping asymmetry with the garlic as well… The tomatoes were chunks instead of slices. I guess I can deal with all that. After waiting 15 minutes for an order I placed online, I finally got the pizza. My biggest issue came when I reminded them I had ordered a side salad too. The staff person grabbed it from under the(unrefrigerated) counter where it had been clearly left out at least the entire time I was waiting, about 7 feet from the open hot pizza ovens. Really not the best way to store salads. The lettuce was clearly picked and packed at least a few days before and had a few brown pieces in it. It was also room temperature and pretty limp. I was so hungry at that point and I hate wasting food that I didn’t bother to complain, I was already running late too. My crust was a bit overdone since they put the pizza back in the oven after forgetting the bacon the first time. Otherwise it was decent tasting. But I’m not sure I’ll be back to use the gift card!

Went here yesterday and was let down. I really enjoy the concept of pizza places like this and have been to others many times. Decided to try pizza rev since I was in the area. And ordered 2 build your own pizzas with garlic, onion, and green peppers. The crust was extremely thin which I understand it must be to cook it quickly. But this crust was much thinner than any other place I’ve been like this. And it really seemed to lack flavor even with onion and garlic. They didn’t have the selection of vegetables that I would like. While they do have several vegetables they weren’t ones I enjoy on a pizza.

This is a newer establishment, it’s very clean and open. Decorated well with a lot of seating options. Extremely vegan and kid friendly!

Love that I can make my own pizza and the crust is yummy! Great place to go when your group can’t decide on a topping… you get your own.

I really like the Pizza Rev chain and this is another great location. Nice size indoor/outdoor dining area, plenty of parking and great tasting pizza. Location appears clean and most employees are friendly.

I was very disappointed in this place. The staff was friendly enough but the pizza just didn’t have much flavor. Perhaps I’m just not a fan of really thin crust or maybe I should have been more daring with the toppings I selected but I didn’t get all the fuss over this place. I’ll stick to classic pizza with the classic toppings I guess. This place seems to be for the more daring pizza eater whereas I prefer a basic medium crust pizza

On Tuesday rainy, cold winter day I was in search of something to eat– i am not local to this area and was starving for some breakfast sandwich. Most places on this Plaza open at 11:00am, and around 10 everything was closed. I saw some people in pizza Rev, knocked on the door and was told they are closed, so I asked if they know someone making sandwiches around — and they gave me some recommendations, but the manager /supervisor told me if I am for pizza he can make an exception and make one for me, even though the are not open yet. It was the best pizza, I was so hungry, but after this experience I got hooked on pizza Rev and go there often at other locations I found in Woodland Hills. So thank you for your kindness, and I’ll be your customer forever!!! First impression matter most– you made one I’ll remember for as long as I am alive

Located off of rose avenue across from St John’s hospital, pizza Rev is not your ordinary pizza hut, Toppers or what not joint. Here you create your own pizza. Meaning what kind of dough, sauce, cheese, meats and veggies. Anything you want on your pizza they got it! Atmosphere at this location is mellow, quiet, nice to read a book or be on your laptop eating a custom made pizza. Fountain drink machine has all flavors of soda including OMG mellow or tab soda. Wait staff is friendly, pizza brought out to your seat and place is clean

I had not been to a PizzaRev before going to this location and I understand that this seems like a local chain. Nonetheless, it was really good pizza and I like the concept. You get to choose your toppings like you do a sandwich or salad line and somehow it seems different than ordering a pizza elsewhere. The pizza is on a thin crust and the toppings are good and in the end you get a great tasting pizza because it’s packed with what you asked for,

I’m not quite sure what all the rave is when it comes to Pizza Rev. I went in expecting it to be a sure fire bet since you can’t go wrong with a customized pizza. Turns out that’s not the case. I was way way way off! Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of the whole build your own pizza concept and have had 800 degrees, Pieology, Blaze, and Punch Pizza so at this point, my tastebuds know what to expect. I went in around 2pm. Fortunately, the lunch crowd had died down and there was no wait. The staff was quite friendly and my tastebuds were getting more and more excited with every topping I added. I paid and within a few short minutes my pizza was ready! I thought it was great until I took my first bite and my tastebuds were disappointed. The crust here is a tad thinner than most other places and while the dough was cooked, the toppings were still raw. It basically tasted like bread with a bunch of raw ingredients on top. Perhaps this is a one off situation where the oven’s temperature was set way higher than it needed to be to ensure quick service(keep in mind, quick doesn’t equate to quality). Be my guest and try it but don’t set your expectations too high.

I had such high hopes for this place. The reviews were good and the concept seemed solid. The execution was just not done right. The pizza I orders was pretty good. My issue is with the store cleanliness. The tables were trashed and filled with sticky residue and crumbs. I watched one of the employees walk through the dining section and collect the plates from a table. She made no effort to wipe down the table. We arrived well after lunch and there was only 3 couples in the place. The pizza was good but not as good as the national chains with the same concept. They do use good ingredients but the sauce and dough were the difference that holds then back from being great. One thing I noticed was the lack of leadership. The employees were 19 – 22 and no one seemed to be in charge and the attitude I noted was disturbing. They were friendly but you could tell they had no pride or concern of doing good work. My thoughts when looking at the dirty tables was how bad is it for the things I don’t see. Scary to think about so I won’t return. If you do eat here get it to go so you don’t have to eat with other guest messes.

I agree with Milo’s review. We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened. The floors were filthy. We ordered a pizza with red sauce and a salad. The sauce was tasteless and the salad was uninspired with fewer ingredient options than Toppers. Our meal was $ 22 versus $ 18 at Toppers(their $ 6.60 pizza/salad lunch deal is unbeatable). Both totals included two sodas. Not much to get excited about here.

Personal sized pizza made to order. Lotsa toppings and thin crust here. Really, any combo you can think of. Very fast in the huge oven. Nice light lunch or dinner. We’ll be back.

Good visit tonight for dinner. I got enough toppings and they were baked nicely. Downside was I ordered one of their new desserts(snickerdoodle cookie) and it was a major letdown. Not very sweet and extremely boring flavor, and for me to say it’s boring must mean it was entirely without flavor for anyone else. At this point their cake balls are the only desserts I’d really recommend and those are a little too expensive for my taste. Haven’t tried their dessert pizzas lately since they were so god-awful the last umpteen times I tried them. Service today was good. Polite and professional employees. Pizza was delicious. My friends always want to meet here when we get together and I’m cool with that.

So… I’ve found the love child of Pizza Hut and Subway. Pizza Rev has taken the thin and crispy crust of Pizza Hut and put it on a subway assembly line. All pizzas are personal size and the price is the same for all or no toppings. Several options at each layer of the pie. White, BBQ or red sauce. 4 different cheese options and then all the other toppings. Overall nice take on the fast serve food concept. Pizza was ready in three minute after coming out of the wood fired oven.

YUMMY! Pros: Fabulous thin, crispy crust. Fresh ingredients. Ordered the barbecue chicken pizza. It was DELICIOUS! A little heavy on the red onions, so I would order light onions. They offer tropical iced tea, which is one of my favorites. They also have regular ice tea and both are fresh brewed. Fast and friendly. Cons: They do not deliver. Their parking is difficult. Bottom Line: YUMMY!!!
