I had such a great experience at Lifetime Dental. I had my braces on for two years and all the staff treated me like family. They are so kind and always make you feel welcomed. The dentist are amazing and my smile is perfect! I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a new dentist. :)

I never like to leave a bad review. I brought my son here for the very first time at 2 years old. Great experience and great customer service. Staff was awesome dentist and nurses. Second time brought him at 3 ½ years old they said he had 2 cavities. They told me not give him food or drinks for 4 hours because they have to sedate him. I said that’s fine he has lunch in school around 11:00a.m. and his appointment is at 3:00p.m. I Show up at 3:00p.m. And they sedate him. At 4:00p.m. They take him to the back to remove his 2 cavities. Dentist opens the door and said he thru up. He could have died. She said we filled in 1 cavity and he still has 1 cavity. She says you can not bring him back to this facility again. I thought it was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional that the Dentist basically called me liar to my face. She said and I know you gave him something. He thru up everything he ate. I said in school they have breakfast around 9:00a.m. and lunch around 11:00a.m. I picked him up from school at 1:45p.m. from a 2 hour nap and I never gave him food, juice or water. So this is the worst experience and worst customer service I ever had in my entire life. I don’t know how this place is going to stay open for business when the Dentist is really rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Basically calls me a liar to my face. She tells me don’t come back to this facility again. I have almost 18 years of experience of doing customer service and I would never talk to a customer the way she talk to me.

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim is very gentle with the kids and a very nice dentist. Will definitely be coming here for my family’s dental needs from now on.
