This is the best subway by far. Great food, fresh. Great employees they give great customer service. Very welcoming environment

Received a coupon from purchasing tickets to a sporting event. Came in to use it and the owner refused the coupon issued by Subway so I left and will never return.

I have no complaints about this place. I was an «eat in» customers, so I can’t speak about call ins. Maybe I was just grateful there was something fresh and healthy to eat after a 10+ mile bike ride in the sun with no water. Lol. :) Seems like it’s run by a very nice couple & maybe their son? The older man was engaging with his customers & making them laugh. I noticed they have their regulars here and he greets them and says, «see you tomorrow» as they leave. Either way, service was very fast & friendly. I opted for the Simple $ 6 Menu: six-inch set meals including drink & chips. I got the #4 Tuna on multigrain with unsweetened tea(as it’s generally served on the west coast) & a small bag of Lay’s Sour Cream & Onion potato chips. Since I was visiting CA, I wanted to add avocado, but that was an extra 75 cents I didn’t want to pay so I abstained. No biggie. All of the veggies were extremely fresh and tasty. The tuna salad was perfect with the right amount of mayo. And the bread was soft and filling. Excellent lunch experience from start to finish. Overall, I’m giving this Subway 5-Stars because the food was tasty, the service– fast & friendly, and the restaurant was super CLEAN. :) ***By the way, this Subway is one of the only two places to get a decent sandwich(much less any food) walking distance to the beach.

I would give this place half a star if I could. Seriously this place is AWFUL! DAV was the man who rang me up and was so incredibly rude I couldn’t believe it. Argued with me about how I should just know that certain subs were $ 2 for a 6 inch and therefore I could not add extra meat. I said just charge me for the extra meat and he replied with«no we don’t do this on $ 2 sandwiches» um what? I was willing to pay whatever. It wasn’t the first time he was incredibly rude to me and always tries to find a way out of letting a customer use a coupon. This place is a block from my house but I would rather drive further to eat at another subway location. Horrible horrible customer service.

It’s Subway — the end product is pretty much the same no matter where you go. The service, however, is horrendous. On a recent Sunday night, there was one employee working. I was the only guest in the restaurant, yet it was a burden on the teenager to acknowledge my presence and take my order. The employee prided himself on having me provide my full order, for example, «honey wheat bread with turkey, Swiss cheese, spinach, jalapenos…». He kept asking for the full order for each sandwich, but failed to get past selecting the correct bread. Finally, the employee wouldn’t honor a promotion that was posted on the window. He said that it expired the previous day, but the owner of the franchise had to take it down — not him, and there was nothing he could do about it.

I recently started frequenting this Subway again after boycotting it for about six months due to inconsistent business hours. I’ve been a customer now for the very last time! Tonight I arrived to find one customer inside, being served by the owner. The one other employee began making my sandwich. While it was in the toaster, a couple came in behind me. That employee then turned to them. Before she could do anything, my sandwich was finished toasting. This employee turned and removed it from the toaster, set it aside, and asked her boss to finish making it for her. She then returned to the couple behind me. Imagine me standing in a line… one person ahead of me, a couple behind me… BOTH getting sandwiches made while I stood dumbfounded as my sandwich sat neglected and getting cold. I looked to the owner who was just beginning to make a second sandwich for his own customer! What the… HELL?! When it was clear I wasn’t going to be served, I turned and walked out of the store. Maybe my sandwich is still sitting there. I’ll never know because I won’t be going back.

It’s a Subway. It’s convenient, it’s quick. The food is uniform … but the service isn’t. I called in an order for a 15 minute pickup, showed up in 20 minutes and they didn’t have it ready. In fact, they couldn’t find their order slip. It’s the second time this has happened, but it’s the last time as there are two other Subways in the neighborhood and they promise to take care of my phone or fax orders.
