This is a Spirit gas station mini mart and it isn’t as bad as their neighbors with the same address. Friendly guys. Odd rancid smell. I think they were cleaning up some mess. Lots of trash on the floor. But in all honesty, the guys were friendly and it looks like they had their hands full and maybe were taking care of stuff and I just happened to show up at the wrong time.
