7-Eleven

I don’t normally go to this 7 eleven because the parking lot is not very well designed and when you get in you get locked in and it’s a nightmare trying to get out because there is only one way in and one way out and people are rude. I always regret going to this store.
The store was not very clean and the floor was so sticky my feet stuck to the floor. Yuck!
The line was long but that was because everyone was buying powerball tickets.

Found and kept my ID for me. Double checked to verify my identity over the phone before confirming they had it, they’re the best!

most of the employees are nice but after tonight im gonna have to give this place a BIG thumbs down. so i go in to get a bag of chips and a cup of ice, i figure the small cup with ice cant cost more than 50 cents so i fill it up with ice and proceed to check out. the indian guy who literally cant speak english at all tells me the cup of ice is 1 dollar so i decide to just get the chips. but he tells me i have to pay for the cup, and i tell him sorry but i dont want it anymore. i hand him the money and he keeps saying i owe him a dollar. so finally i just grab the chips and walk out and the whole time im walking out hes yelling at me in some other language, with the other customer and her small daughter right there at the register, like im some sort of criminal. even though i didnt take the cup of ice. so thats my experience. im just gonna stick to my usual chicago deli.

New 7 – 11 and very clean. Great selection of coffee and snacks.
