Can’t believe, how expensive is this place for the food they offer, you can go anywhere and spent half of what you pay here.
Just an example a glass of milk $ 4.00 is just too much!

Super busy Saturday, but we stopped on our road trip. Yum, all you can eat pancakes combo. The cook messed up our order, but it turned out to be better than we ordered.
Tip: sit at the counter — no waiting
Our waitress was really nice.

Very racist, If you are white don’t come here. We have been here several times and they are always very rude and disrespectful but very welcoming and nice to Hispanic patrons.

I usually eat breakfast here when I travel for business. This morning my eggs were raw, bacon not crisp, but the toast was fine. I didn’t have time to send the order back to be prepared correctly.

Welcomed by a friendly host and we were promptly seated. Even though the waitress didn’t take our order, the service was excellent and really professional. The staff worked seamlessly. A great experience! Thanks! I will be back.

I used to LOVE coming to Ihop! It always tasted great almost no matter what I ordered. And if I could help it, I would have eaten there everyday and gotten fat off that pancakes. However…
The last few times I’ve gone with a few weeks to a month apart. The food quality has slipped greatly. The portions and plates are shrinking by at least ¹⁄₃ while the prices at the same time going up. It is quickly becoming an expensive Denny’s. *HURG* The long waits aren’t worth it anymore. Too many people for less but more expensive, bland, stale, cold, greasy food.
Sorry IHop. Maybe I will give the Ventura Ihop a try. But I need to forget about the bad after taste that is still lingering on my taste buds and the flaming hole you left in my wallet.

I had recently been to another IHOP and had a great experience so my husband and I stopped in at this IHOP for dinner and had a much more «meh» experience. Restaurant was tidy except for some heavy duty cleaning going on in the bathroom area. We stood at the host desk for a minute or two before anyone came by to greet and seat us. When I ordered a Diet Coke our server repeated that back to me «Diet Coke» but later I saw one of their menus showing only Pepsi products. My husband ordered a soda water and was brought regular water. He asked if they had sparkling and the server went to the kitchen. Another person came out and asked what he wanted. Soda water? They don’t have that. Well then. Our food came out as ordered and the portions were very generous. After we were done we sat around waiting but no one came to check on us or bring our bill. My husband used the restroom and came back to the table. I used the restroom and came back to the table. No bill. Finally it arrived. We were very ready to go. We paid and got out. The sub-​par, lackluster service during our visit will probably be what keeps us from visiting this location again in the future.

I came here to celebrate a birthday and got horrible service, first the front register guy kept us waiting because he was busy having a non work converaation, second out waiter was so rude he had a depressing face, I mentioned we were here for a birthday and all the guy said was «too bad, should of subscribed online «, I will not return here they were rude and unwelcoming!

It’s IHOP so you know what you’re getting. Service at this location (and every other one I’ve ever been to) is excellent. No dawdling here — eat, pay, leave. It’s a great place when you crave a «sweet breakfast».

Haven’t been here for awhile so the pros were: my group came Saturday afternoon for some breakfast items after our hike, we got to a table very quickly because there wasn’t that many tables filled that day. The menu has been simplified to the max, all combos and pretty pricey compared to the Denny’s menu. Ordered just an eggs Florentine but instead got a whole combo meal which I had to unfortunately pay for. The waitress was nice enough to take 10% off the receipt but I thought I was clear on the order because I couldn’t eat 90% of what was on the plate. Overall, everyone else’s order was fine minus the person who got a crêpe combo and only had one crêpe with a large order of sides (hash browns, eggs, and bacon). You would think the main dish would have more but I guess you have to look at the pictures for a clearer decision and ask for specifics only at Ihop.

Well where should I begin. The service was terrible, a twenty minute wait turned into an hour. My table was given away due to a mismatch in names, (because I just found out I’m not the only human with my name on Earth :-/​) which could’ve been avoided if they had a better service system. Try using last name initials? Maybe someone who is a bit more pro active in CLEARLY vocalizing names. Its normally not a big deal, but I had people that required eating at certain times due to medical reasons and they had to wait beyond their threshold. Oh and beware. If you want to eat healthy, it’s an extra 1.99 for wheat toast… Amazing.

Terrible change in food quality and service. Wait staff not the problem. It is the kitchen. Slow, poor unappetizing presentation. It shows they don’t care. That makes this place totally overpriced for what they’re dishing out. I don’t think this would fly in other locations so why does IHOP allow it here? If a restaurant charged according to how they’re doing in quality and customer satisfaction, they owe me!
Oh well, there are other places to take my business.

I have been coming to this IHOP for years. service is always prompt and very friendly. It seems like there are a lot of regular customers here.
Considering how many tables there are and the variety of choices on the menu, the food is delivered quite quickly. It’s good and there’s plenty of it. And don’t forget the bottomless coffee pot!!.

Poor service. We waited about 20 minutes on a slow day to be helped. Others got a server before we did when they Just had arrived. We left and went to the ihop on channel islands! Much better service and we got our food quickly and while looking at the menu, they offered us drinks already!

Me and my family went to this ihop location and were seated about 15 minutes after arriving. The service was half way decent and when we got our drinks my iced coffee was too sweet because it had all the syrup sitting at the bottom, my French toast was burnt and to top it all off, I got up to go pay for my food and when I went back to my table the leftovers (which was a little more than half of our meals) had already been cleared from my table and thrown away. I wouldn’t not recommend this location, my experience was ridiculously lousy. Worst experience I’ve had at any ihop.

This IHOP has great service and great food. They aim to please. The reason they get so packed is because they’re that good. I love to bring my daughter here and have breakfast.

This place is LITERALLY always packed. It doesn’t matter what time or day you come, you’re bound to wait at least 20 minutes. Management has to do something about their wait time, it’s horrible for business. I’ve seen a lot of people leave simply because they don’t have time to wait so long. Food has excellent quality and the servers that have helped me are not the best at customer service but I don’t mind it.

IHOP is IHOP. They are your standard American Comfort food place. I’ve been to IHOP from Bakersfield in the North, Las Vegas in the North East, to Calexico in the South, to Banning, Redlands, Riverside on the East and Santa Monica, Port Hueneme on the West. Am I a «FAN» or what? A ‘hankerin’ for a «Mile High» stack of Flap Jacks, a «T» bone w/​3 eggs, slab bacon, sliced ham or Pok-​Links? What U awaitin fo?

OXNARD, CA 93 030‑2904 and the manager stated that It cannont be used there, she was unhelpful with any additional informational and and dissatisfied with my experience. place smells like rotton cheese.

I’ve been coming to this IHOP with my family for all occasions and before, they had bad service and food but recently, it went under new management and everything (food, service and remodeled décor) has been amazing :)
Don’t forget to bring coupons! They accept expired ones too: D
