I signed up for a Unilocal account just to make this review… I came to this location due to the positive reviews here. The sales associate was not knowledgable and of my 3 concerns, zero were addressed during my visit. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and never had this negative of an experience. I will never return to this location.

Very organized system for the tech savvy! But, they also need to be mindful of those who do not know how to check in on their touch screen computers to be assigned a number in line! I helped a homeless man who barely spoke English check in so that he could be helped with his pay-​as-​you-​go phone.
Other than that, I checked in, was helped in a very timely manner and felt very satisfied with my visit.

Verizon Plus is located conveniently nearby on A st and 6th st.
The Verizon phone bills are paid here directly and they also have a promotion going on for the iPhone 4 for $ 99 with a new 2-​year activation or upgrade. Not bad at all :)
