McDonald’s

Got the order completely wrong. Dry, burnt burgers and cold fries at 630 pm on a weeknight. Probably the worst McDonalds ever. Will see if the Wendy’s is any better next time.

this location is one of the reasons i stopped eating mcdonalds. so i only eat their breakfast so i ordered a steak biscuit without cheese a hash brown and sweet tea. so when i went to go get my drink they dont use the foam cups for your sweet tea any more so i noticed that its never any ice in the ice machine and when i looked in the drain it was green stuff (fugus looking) than the tea was nothing but sugar than i get my food it was supposed to have grilled onions and the sauce on there i have one little piece of onion about the size of my pinky nail and no sauce so i asked for it and they put an addition piexe of onion and threw my food in the bag. so i took it then the egg they put was also was over cooked and im looking like how do you over cook frozen eggs. this place is a hot mess and needs to be evaluated at the health dept

For defo one of the saddest McDonalds I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. :/
A simple cheerful hello has been non-​existent in the three-​odd stops I’ve made here prior to my most recent visit, and I get the impression it’s too expensive a gesture even for the Value Menu.
I get it that working in a fast food establishment is not likely a life-​enhancing or pleasuring experience — ESPECIALLY in this forgettable part of western MD — but providing a basic customer service experience is the easiest way to encourage repeat business, as well as create a positive working environment for staff and patrons alike.
Maybe I’m a plank for genuinely expecting that these types of places will «see the light» and maintain a consistent level of good service — but oh no. I’m unfortunately, frequently, proven wrong.
Oh well. At least there’s another less «miss» one off Indian Head Hwy for me to indulge in a wee bit of microwaveable shame when the moment hits me.

Waited over 3o mins in the drive thru for a carry out… Really? No explanation why until I laid on the horn for a few mins to get somebody, ANYBIDY’s attention smh I get to the window the asshole asks me what I ordered and tells me they aren’t taking cards… Really, bro?!? You could’ve said that 30 MINUTES AGO WTF AVOID

Filthy filth bathrooms haven’t been cleaned all day at least urine every where napkins almost out baby napkins out just filthy. Stopped there on my way to NY, bad mistake

New Mighty Wings are really good. McDonald’s definitely have stepped up their game when it comes to serving quality food.

Pull up to wait for a cheeseburger? Seriously?! At least you gave me my ice tea to sip on. Oh. But wait. No straw. With my drink or in the bag. Frustrating. I understand this is McDs. But have some standards folks!
