If I could give a 0⁄5 I would. The absolute worst Wendy’s location I’ve been to. Cold food 24/7, wait time is forever, and the customer service isn’t up to par. It’s so unfortunate that management has let this go on like this. But maybe it’s the management that needs to go. I’m not a fan of the lies(telling me my fries are hot, when they are soggy, cold, and way too salty) and the habitual carelessness of the staff. I hope changes will be made soon.

I just ordered food and from the beginning I was impressed. The woman taking my order was extremely nice. As we were paying the man that charged us was kind as well. Super impressed. The food was good as well.

I am extremely upset! This is the second time I get screwed at the drive thru in this location! They forgot my salad dressing and all the toppings. The first time I specifically asked for bbq sauce and extra ketchup neither of which were in the bag. Seriously who puts a salad in a bag with no dressing?!? NEVER coming back here again.

Sometimes this place is just«ok»… There is one male order taker in drive-thru who is awesome! However, the management is piss poor. The staff,(especially the female servers) is lethargic. Definitely doesn’t make u wonder why they are there in the first place. No motivation whatsoever. Unless you’re starving and willing to wait 20 mins for your order, don’t stop there.
