I had a similar experienced like Crystal C today. Greeted in but nobody basically pays attention afterwards. I had to grab someone to help me. Even after being put in the fitting room, I couldn’t get the help needed. When I asked one of the male worker that was there to assist me in bringing me a pant that was a size bigger, he quickly shuts me off by saying no size(without even looking or checking what I wanted) & ask another female colleague instead to assist. Luckily she was nicer. Even the male cashier was horrible. Overall bad experience! I prefer Potomac, too bad they don’t carry clothing lines.

In love Michael Khors and I have had more than one pleasant experience with the location in Potomac mills, but it was not the same at this location. I was greeted when I walked in, but no one assisted me or even asked. I was watched as I walked through the store. I enjoy their products, but I will continue to shop at Potomac mills.

This is supposed to be zero stars but they require that I put at least one. We purchased perfume at this location and found out it was cheaper at another location. We tried to return it, unopened and unused and they refused to accept it. I called Michael Kors customer service and they said that all their stores are supposed to accept the unused item. When we communicated that to them, they told us to call customer service. We told them we were on the phone with them and they refused to speak with the person on the phone and kept telling us to call the 1800 number. We asked to speak with the manager and they made us speak to a woman who pretended to be a manager. When she couldn’t answer my questions, she said I should come back some other time when the manager is around. I asked for her name and she said it was store policy to not give out their names. We asked the customer service representative, if that was the store was policy, and they said it wasn’t. I asked her if she knew her district manager’s name or CEO’s name and she said she didn’t know who they were. Unbelievable. Long story short, they are liars and crooks at this location. They’re overcharging for items and making up policies. If you insist on buying Michael Kors, buy it online or go to a different location. If you need perfume, then just go to Sam’s Club. I’m never going back to this location and because of this location, I’m hesitant to support this brand.
